Destination planning

What to include in your brief.

01

Island and onward transport

Name the country, island, receiving port and final site. Explain any inter-island transfer, limited road access or lifting arrangements so the supply scope can be reviewed.

02

Site exposure

Send information on coastal salt, rainfall, drainage and wind exposure. Any required structural performance must be checked against project-specific documentation.

03

Receiving and maintenance

Identify available unloading resources and the ongoing maintenance team. Ask about spare parts, packaging and service access before the final product package is agreed.

For Fiji, Samoa and Tonga enquiries, enter the actual country and island in your brief. The Pacific Islands is a regional starting point, not a single delivery destination.

From initial scope to a manual quotation.

Send dimensions, quantities, destination, site photographs or drawings, technical requirements and timing. Apollo reviews the requested product package, confirms the supply scope and prepares pricing manually. Site works, installation, engineering and destination approvals remain outside Apollo's wholesale supply scope.
