RIGVAR

VEHICLE ADVENTURE SYSTEMS

Shelter. Sleep. Explore.

RIGVAR brings vehicle awnings, rooftop sleeping and camp enclosures into one engineered touring system — selected around the vehicle, the rack and the way the trip actually works.

Built around the vehicle

Not another camping catalogue.

RIGVAR is deliberately narrow: four awning geometries, four roof-tent pathways and two enclosure systems. Each product earns a clear role, while final mounting and production configuration stay vehicle-specific.

01Vehicle Awnings

Straight, 180°, 270° and 360° shelter systems built around the vehicle.

02Roof Tents

Lightweight, pop-up, folding-family and configurable touring roof-tent pathways.

03Enclosures

Wall and privacy systems that add protected living and utility around the campsite.

Launch range

Ten systems. Three jobs.

Published specifications are drawn from the current technical source material for each product family. Supplier identities and factory codes remain internal; customer pages use the RIGVAR architecture.

RIGVAR upgrades

Power, light, comfort, carry and storage.

The current TOURER source material supports these upgrade pathways. They are not presented as universal accessories: compatibility, electrical specification and inclusion are confirmed against the selected RIGVAR product before quotation.

01

RIGVAR POWER

Current TOURER pathway: 12 V box with 2 × USB, USB-C and 12 V socket, pre-wired to an Anderson connection.

02

RIGVAR LIGHT

Current TOURER pathway: optional 360° internal dimmable LED with white and amber settings.

03

RIGVAR COMFORT

Current TOURER pathway: optional 15 mm anti-condensation pad and 70 mm mattress upgrade.

04

RIGVAR CARRY

Current TOURER pathway: optional solar-panel brackets and roof-rack carrying system.

05

RIGVAR STORAGE

Current TOURER source includes internal roof and side storage pockets plus ventilated shoe bags.

Fitment before purchase

Four checks before a RIGVAR system is quoted.

The roof and rack are structural parts of the decision. Apollo supplies the product; the vehicle owner and installer still need the exact fitment and load pathway confirmed.

01Vehicle

Make, model, year, body style, roof and existing rack / canopy.

02Load

Vehicle and rack static / dynamic limits, plus the complete fitted product mass.

03Camp job

Shade footprint, sleeping capacity, privacy, power and storage requirements.

04Environment

Typical wind, sun, rain, coast, road use and campsite conditions.

Outdoor Frontier ecosystem

RIGVAR owns the 4x4 / overland equipment layer.

Specification discipline. RIGVAR pages use source-supported product facts and representative catalogue imagery. Final dimensions, fabric, mounting hardware, load compatibility, accessories and production configuration are confirmed before quotation. Apollo does not publish automated RIGVAR pricing.
