Information we receive
When you send a project enquiry, Apollo may receive your name, email, phone number, organisation, country, project type, product interests, site dimensions, timing, installation pathway and the project information you choose to provide.
If you later send drawings, photographs or other project files by email, those materials form part of the project correspondence rather than a public website upload.

How the information is used
Apollo uses project information to respond to enquiries, assess product pathways, prepare quotations, coordinate supply, provide technical support, maintain project records and operate the website.
Information may also be used to prevent spam or abuse and to understand how the website is being used where analytics tools are enabled.

Apollo uses service providers for website hosting, database storage, email delivery and related business systems. Where analytics is enabled, measurement providers may also process website usage information. These services may process information in locations outside the visitor's country.

Project records may be retained for quotation, supply, support, warranty, accounting or legitimate business-record purposes. Apollo aims to use reasonable safeguards, but no internet, email or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

If you want Apollo to correct contact information, clarify how project information is being used, or review a privacy concern, contact sales@apollo-nz.com. Some records may need to be retained where they form part of a quotation, transaction, support or legal record.
