Information we receive

When you send a project enquiry, Apollo may receive your name, email, phone number, organisation, country, project type, product interests, site dimensions, timing and the project information you choose to provide.

When a manufacturer, factory, brand owner, distributor or specialist supplier submits a Supply Partner application, Apollo may also receive company ownership or relationship details, manufacturing and factory information, export capability, commercial terms, product catalogues, price lists, certifications, test reports, warranties, drawings, project references and other technical or commercial material supplied for review.

If you join Apollo Project & Product Update, Apollo receives the email address, optional first name and interest preferences you submit. Newsletter signup is separate from Project Brief and project enquiries.

If you later send drawings, photographs or other project files, those materials form part of the project correspondence and are handled through the relevant project channel.

How the information is used

Apollo uses project information to respond to enquiries, assess product pathways, prepare quotations, coordinate supply, provide technical support, maintain project records and operate the website.

Supply Partner information may be used to verify company and manufacturing details, assess products and technical evidence, evaluate export and commercial capability, manage partner records, request further information or samples, and determine whether a proposed product or partnership is suitable for Apollo's portfolio.

Information may also be used to prevent spam or abuse and to understand how the website is being used where analytics tools are enabled.

Service providers

Apollo uses service providers for website hosting, database storage, email delivery and related business systems. MailerLite is used to manage Apollo Project & Product Update subscribers and newsletter delivery. Where analytics is enabled, measurement providers may also process website usage information. These services may process information in locations outside the visitor's country.

• Only information reasonably required for the service should be shared
• Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe using the link provided in newsletter emails
• Project information is not intended for public display unless separately agreed
• External services have their own security and privacy practices

Analytics choices

Apollo does not start Google Analytics or Apollo website measurement until you choose to allow analytics. If you choose Necessary only, the site remains available without analytics measurement.

You can review or change your analytics choice at any time using the Privacy choices control on the website. Declining analytics removes Apollo's Google Analytics cookies where the browser makes them available to the site.

• Analytics is off until you allow it
• Necessary site functions remain available if analytics is declined
• Your analytics preference is stored on your device so the website can respect the choice
• Changing the choice applies to future measurement from that browser

Retention, supplier confidentiality and security

Project and supplier records may be retained for quotation, sourcing, supplier review, supply, support, warranty, accounting, compliance or legitimate business-record purposes. Apollo aims to use reasonable safeguards, but no internet, email or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Submitting supplier information through the website does not by itself create a non-disclosure agreement or other confidentiality arrangement. Suppliers should not submit trade secrets, proprietary formulas or other highly sensitive material unless appropriate confidentiality arrangements have been agreed separately.

Access, correction and questions

If you want Apollo to correct contact information, clarify how project information is being used, or review a privacy concern, contact sales@apollonzglobal.com. Some records may need to be retained where they form part of a quotation, transaction, support or legal record.
