Warranty coverage varies by product and project. Apollo does not apply one invented warranty period across every range; the current quotation, product guide or order document is the reference.
Website policyCurrent Apollo NZ Global operating guidance
01
Product-specific warranty
Where a product has a documented warranty, the applicable period, covered components and conditions should be confirmed in the current product documentation or project quotation before purchase. If a page does not state a warranty, do not assume a standard duration applies.
02
What a claim should include
A clear claim helps the product and supply pathway be assessed quickly.
Apollo project or order reference
Product/model and quantity affected
Clear photographs and video where useful
Description of the issue and when it appeared
Installation date and installer details where relevant
Maintenance, electrical or operating information where relevant
03
Freight damage and shortages
Visible transport damage or missing packages should be recorded at receipt where possible and reported promptly. Keep packaging, labels and freight references until the issue has been assessed.
04
Project interfaces matter
Assessment may need to distinguish a product issue from site structure, foundations, electrical supply, installation, alteration, misuse, maintenance, weather exposure or third-party works. The appropriate information depends on the product and the reported issue.
05
Resolution pathway
Depending on the product, issue, applicable terms and legal rights, the resolution may involve technical guidance, parts, repair, replacement, freight coordination or another agreed remedy. Apollo will not promise a remedy before the cause and applicable coverage are assessed.
06
Start a support claim
Email sales@apollo-nz.com with the project reference and supporting evidence. If the matter is urgent because of safety, weather exposure or ongoing damage, state that clearly in the subject line and stop using the affected product where continued use could create risk.
