Apollo supply model
Apollo supplies products and available product documentation only. We handle the agreed product order, freight and delivery scope; the purchaser independently arranges and manages all onsite services, engineers, contractors, approvals and installation.
The quotation or order confirmation identifies the product, quantity, options, included accessories, pricing basis, freight or delivery allowance where applicable, and known exclusions. Product pages are a planning starting point; the quotation is the commercial reference for the order.
Apollo pricing is prepared manually for each project after the product configuration, quantity, destination, freight pathway and project requirements are reviewed. The website and AI tools do not calculate, estimate or display project pricing. Applicable GST, duties, taxes, destination charges and local handling are confirmed through the quotation process where relevant.
Freight route, crate or package dimensions, depot or port delivery, site access, unloading and lifting should be considered before the final order is confirmed. Delivery dates are estimates until the relevant manufacturing, freight and transport pathway is confirmed.
A dispatch or consolidation-point handover, named port, local depot and final agreed delivery point are different supply arrangements. The current written quotation should identify the agreed freight boundary so the purchaser knows which importer, customs, onward-transport, unloading, storage or site-access tasks still sit with the receiving project team.
Do not assume arrival at a port or depot means delivery to the final site, and do not assume crane, forklift or unloading capability is included unless the quotation says so.

Destination climate, port access, import requirements, inland freight, local technical requirements and compliance should be reviewed before supply. Apollo does not assume that a configuration suitable for one market automatically meets another market's requirements.
The receiving party should check delivered packages promptly against the shipping and order information and report visible freight damage, shortages or obvious discrepancies as soon as practical with photographs and package references.
