Apollo supply model
Apollo is primarily a product-supply business. This page explains how product scope, freight, delivery and local site responsibilities are normally separated.
The quotation or order confirmation identifies the product, quantity, options, included accessories, pricing basis, freight or delivery allowance where applicable, and known exclusions. Product pages are a planning starting point; the quotation is the commercial reference for the order.
New Zealand website reference pricing, where shown, is normally expressed in NZD plus GST and delivery unless the page or quotation says otherwise. International pricing is project-specific and may be affected by freight, destination charges, duties, taxes and local handling.
Freight route, crate or package dimensions, depot or port delivery, site access, unloading and lifting should be considered before the final order is confirmed. Delivery dates are estimates until the relevant manufacturing, freight and transport pathway is confirmed.
Foundations, slabs, drainage, electrical work, structural engineering, building work, installation and statutory approvals remain local-project responsibilities unless the quotation specifically includes them. Apollo can provide product information to help the local team understand the supplied system.
Destination climate, port access, import requirements, inland freight, installer capability and local compliance should be reviewed before supply. Apollo does not assume that a configuration suitable for one market automatically meets another market's requirements.
The receiving party should check delivered packages promptly against the shipping and order information and report visible freight damage, shortages or obvious discrepancies as soon as practical with photographs and package references.
