International supply works best when the product package and the local project scope are separated clearly. Define where Apollo's supply responsibility ends, who receives the goods and which local works must be ready before shipment.
State whether the agreed delivery point is a factory or consolidation point, port, depot or another quoted destination. Importer-of-record duties, customs, taxes, unloading, inland transport and local storage should be assigned rather than assumed.
Confirm products, quantities, accessories, spare components, packaging and any consolidation plan before freight is treated as final. Changes after packing can affect cube, weight and container strategy.
List the drawings, packing lists, manuals, product data or available certificates the receiving and installation teams need. Only promise documents that are current and applicable to the selected configuration.
Foundations, utilities, cranes, installation labour, local engineering and approvals are destination-specific scopes unless explicitly included in the quotation. The local team should be able to progress those interfaces from controlled project information.
Name the receiving party, unloading method, storage condition and inspection process before dispatch so shortages or freight damage can be identified against the packing record promptly.

The quote should state the actual handover point. These common structures change which freight and receiving tasks sit inside the supplied scope and which remain with the purchaser or local project team.
