Apollo NZ GlobalStart Application

Apollo NZ Global · Manufacturer & Supply Network

Become a Supply Partner.

Apollo NZ Global works with manufacturers, factories and specialist suppliers worldwide, reviewing products and systems for inclusion within our growing global portfolio and for potential residential, commercial, architectural, sports and public-sector project opportunities internationally.

What Apollo looks for

Give us enough information to assess the opportunity properly.

Manufacturing capability

Who manufactures the product, production scale, customisation and lead times.

Technical evidence

Specifications, drawings, certifications, test reports and market-specific compliance support.

Export readiness

International freight, packaging, Incoterms, ports, project supply and after-sales support.

Commercial reliability

Warranty, spare parts, project references, responsive communication and clear supply terms.

Why manufacturers approach Apollo

A product joins a platform—not a supplier directory.

Apollo builds product ranges around clear commercial ownership, technical evidence, project applications and international supply pathways. The customer relationship remains with Apollo; approved upstream manufacturers support the product and project capability behind that relationship.

GLOBAL PROJECT SUPPLYDestination-led project pathways

Products can sit within international project briefs that consider destination, climate, freight, receiving and local project responsibilities before supply.

PRODUCT ARCHITECTUREOne controlled commercial home

Products are organised into defined divisions, categories and brands rather than being dropped into an undifferentiated marketplace catalogue.

TECHNICAL DISCIPLINEEvidence before claims

Specifications, drawings, manuals, testing and current product information are separated from assumptions and project-dependent requirements.

Read Apollo's evidence standard
SEARCH + REFERENCE AUTHORITYUseful resources around the product

Apollo builds planning guides, comparison references and specification resources that help project teams understand the decision before selecting a system.

Open Reference Library

Apollo does not promise listing, sales volume, exclusivity or market representation in exchange for a submission. Approved relationships are developed only where the product, evidence, commercial terms and supply capability fit the Apollo portfolio.

Apollo Supplier Qualification Standard

Serious supply relationships need more than a catalogue and a price list.

This is the public review framework Apollo uses to understand whether a manufacturer or specialist supplier has enough product control, evidence, export readiness and after-sales capability to justify deeper commercial review.

Review areaWhat strengthens a submissionWhat Apollo will clarify
Manufacturer identityLegal entity, factory location and the actual manufacturing relationship are clear. If the applicant is not the factory, the underlying manufacturer is identified. The manufacturing source, ownership of the product or authority to supply it is unclear.
Production capabilityRelevant manufacturing processes, capacity, lead times, custom capability and factory scale are described in terms that can be checked against the submitted products.Broad capability claims are made without enough detail to understand what the factory actually controls or produces.
Technical evidenceCurrent specifications, drawings, manuals, standards, certificates and independent test reports map to the exact product or configuration being proposed.Evidence is expired, belongs to another model, is only promotional, or is being applied across products beyond its stated scope.
International supplyExport markets, port, Incoterms, packing method, shipment capability and direct project / depot delivery options are clear, with export packaging suited to the product.Freight responsibility, export packing, receiving assumptions or the handover point cannot yet be defined.
Project supportThe manufacturer can state what drawings, calculations, CAD/BIM, installation guidance, training, commissioning or approved partner support can be provided for project work.Project support is described as available but the actual deliverables, regions or responsible party are not defined.
Warranty + lifecycleWritten warranty conditions, spare-parts availability, after-sales support and the claim pathway are clear enough to support a long-term product relationship.A headline warranty period is offered without written scope, exclusions, spares strategy or a practical claim process.

This standard is not an approval score and does not guarantee appointment. Requirements can vary by product, destination and project. Technical claims remain subject to the exact evidence supplied; see the Apollo Technical Evidence Guide.

What happens after you submit?

A structured review — not an automatic appointment.

Apollo reviews supplier identity, manufacturing capability, product suitability, technical documentation, international supply capability and commercial fit.

Where a product or manufacturer appears suitable, we may request additional information, samples, technical documents, testing evidence or commercial terms before deciding whether to progress further.

Submission does not create an agency, distribution, exclusivity or purchasing agreement.

Export & logistics

How products leave the factory is critical to global project supply.
