Pacific Islands / Montara expandable building systems

Expandable modular buildings for Pacific accommodation and project facilities.

Pacific modular projects are not simply a container purchase. The building configuration, island, cyclone exposure, groundwater, foundations, utilities, road/crane access and local approval pathway should be resolved as connected project interfaces.

Why this market × product fit matters

Plan the product around the job, not the keyword.

Accommodation pathways

Montara 10FT–40FT expandable formats can support accommodation, offices, classrooms and project facilities subject to the final approved configuration.

Cyclone and foundations

Wind/cyclone exposure, anchoring and foundation strategy are destination-specific and require the appropriate local engineering review.

High groundwater

Low-lying or wet sites may need project-specific foundation and drainage decisions before the building package is finalised.

Delivery reality

Folded transport dimensions, receiving port, crane access, final road conditions and on-site opening/assembly need to be planned together.

Project brief

Information to send before Apollo prices the project.

The better the brief, the faster the product, freight and documentation questions can be separated from local site work and approvals.

Evidence & documentation

Evidence and documentation for Modular buildings in the Pacific Islands.

Project studies, frameworks and technical evidence are labelled by their real status. Apollo does not present a planning framework as a completed customer project.

Common project questions

Questions buyers usually need answered early.

Can Montara buildings be supplied to Pacific Islands?

Apollo can review Pacific supply subject to the destination, final configuration, freight route, local engineering and approvals.

Are the buildings automatically cyclone rated?

No generic cyclone claim should be assumed. The actual project location, wind requirements, structure, anchoring and foundation design require project-specific review.

Can the layout be changed?

The range includes multiple planning layouts and configurable pathways, but the final approved layout depends on manufacturing and project constraints.

Who provides foundations and services?

Foundations, utilities, local engineering, installation and statutory approvals are outside Apollo's standard supply-only scope unless separately agreed.

Manual project quotation

Send the destination, dimensions and intended use.

Apollo reviews the selected product, freight pathway and available documentation. Pricing is prepared manually after the project details are checked.
