Apollo NZ GlobalStart Project Brief

Industrial + Warehouse Buildings

Clear-span warehouses, workshops and production buildings built around the operating brief.

Apollo can review pre-engineered and project-specific steel building packages for warehouses, workshops, processing buildings and selected industrial facilities. Clear height, bay spacing, access, equipment, future expansion and the destination environment establish the system brief.

Quick project answers

Key project questions, answered before you request a proposal.

01

What industrial buildings can Apollo review?

Suitable briefs can include warehouses, logistics buildings, workshops, maintenance facilities, processing buildings and selected production structures.

02

Are these standard-size buildings?

Not necessarily. The building is developed around clear height, bay spacing, openings, loading, equipment, future expansion and site-specific design requirements.

03

Can cranes or mezzanines be included?

They can be reviewed where loads and interfaces are explicitly defined. No crane, mezzanine, solar or suspended-equipment capacity should be assumed without project-specific engineering.

04

Can Apollo supply internationally?

Suitable international projects can be reviewed, with containerisation, member lengths, port route, corrosion exposure, unloading and erection sequence considered before manufacture.

Project pathways

Build the brief around the type of project you actually need.

01

Warehouses + logistics

Clear-span storage and distribution buildings developed around racks, docks, vehicle movement and future expansion.

02

Workshops

Vehicle, maintenance and fabrication buildings with large openings, robust internal clearances and service zones.

03

Processing + production

Industrial buildings shaped around machinery, ventilation, hygiene, access and process-flow requirements.

04

Steel erection packages

Fabricated structural packages coordinated with envelope, connection, packing and erection documentation.

Project priorities

The visual direction is established. Final engineering and specification stay project-specific.

01

Operations first

Racking, forklifts, vehicles, machinery, loading and maintenance access should drive the structural geometry.

02

Heavy-load interfaces

Cranes, platforms, mezzanines and suspended services require explicit project loads and engineering.

03

Envelope performance

Condensation, insulation, ventilation, daylight, roof drainage and corrosion protection depend on the stored goods and climate.

04

Expansion planning

Future bays, canopies, offices or equipment should be identified early where they could affect the first-stage structure.

How Apollo fits

Apollo turns an architectural or operational brief into a qualified supply pathway.

Apollo is supply-only. Final structural design, foundations, erection, services, local engineering review, statutory approvals and compliance remain project- and destination-specific and are confirmed with the selected manufacturer and local project team.

01

Send the brief

Start with destination, intended use, approximate size, drawings or concept material, target programme and any known performance or local-code requirements.

02

Match the manufacturing route

Apollo reviews the brief against suitable structural, prefabricated and component supply pathways rather than forcing the project into a single catalogue model.

03

Develop the project package

The proposed manufacturer develops the applicable drawings, structural basis, material selections and scope information for project review.

04

Confirm supply + logistics

Apollo coordinates the agreed product supply and export pathway. Site works, installation and local approvals remain with the responsible project parties.

Choose your destination

Global supply. A brief built around your market.

Explore product pathways for your destination, then tell Apollo about the site, quantities and local project team. Dedicated market pages are kept selective: Apollo publishes one only where destination-specific planning, logistics or product demand adds useful information. Other countries use the main Global Projects pathway rather than a templated location page.
