- Confirm the exact product family and accessory configuration.
- Match loading claims to supporting test evidence and actual project loads.
- Review vehicle wheel/axle information and supporting substrate where applicable.
- Confirm fire, slip, UV/weathering and destination requirements for the supplied model.
- For natural turf, confirm cover duration, weather, field condition and field-management requirements.
- Close freight, receiving, installation sequence and local temporary-works responsibilities.

Copy or print the brief, then send it with field/site drawings, traffic routes, vehicle data and any event production information available.
