HLJÓÐ · Sports Display Project Builder
Plan the screen around the venue.
Capture spectator sightlines, replay and score-feed use, camera workflow, mounting, lighting and sports-technology interfaces before the LED cabinet is selected.
01 · Venue + display role
Define what spectators actually need to see.
The same LED wall can serve very different jobs. Replay, scoring, sponsor content and fan-zone viewing create different priorities for distance, content resolution, camera use and controls.
02 · Production + sports technology
Separate the display from the systems feeding it.
HLJÓÐ can define the display hardware. Scoring, timing, production and broadcast interfaces still need their own inputs, protocols and specialist responsibility.
03 · Site + support
Close the physical interfaces early.
Outdoor venue screens are structures as well as AV systems. Wind, support steel, service access, electrical works and cable routes need to be visible before quotation.
Deployment pathway pending
Select permanent outdoor, permanent indoor, temporary / tournament or mixed deployment before a display-family starting route is suggested.
Open technical pathwayCamera requirement remains open.
Review screen sightlines, glare, shared structures / zones, power routes and maintenance access with the sports-lighting plan.
Scoring / timing integration remains unresolved and must not be assumed from the display hardware.
04 · Sports project summary
One handoff for display, AV, sport and structure.
Use this as the sports-specific front end, then continue into the technical screen configurator for cabinet grid, pixel pitch, resolution, power and freight planning.
- Scoring / timing integration remains unresolved and must not be assumed from the display hardware.
- Camera requirement remains open.
- Indoor / controlled pathway unless the project exposure changes.
- Player-safe pitch / court perimeter LED remains outside the current fixed-screen qualification.
This builder does not select a final pixel pitch, processor, support structure or scoring system automatically.
