Package the LED project around the exact platform, evidence, interfaces and responsibilities rather than a loose product description. Use the clauses and registers here from early tender through technical submittal and production release.
Controlled tender wording
These clauses preserve the technical checks already built into the HLJÓÐ platform. They can be copied into an early specification, then completed against the exact project configuration.
Provide an HLJÓÐ LED display system selected for the stated application, viewing distance, physical screen size, indoor / outdoor environment, daylight conditions, camera requirements, mounting method and service-access strategy. Pixel pitch, cabinet family, brightness, refresh rate, ingress protection and service pathway shall match the selected project configuration rather than a generic product-family claim.
Provide the nominated cabinet format and material with front, rear or front-and-rear maintenance access as stated in the accepted project data sheet. Coordinate the service strategy before final support design. Where rear maintenance is required, provide an accessible service zone sized from the final manufacturer drawings; no generic clearance dimension shall be assumed.
Confirm brightness and refresh rate for the exact offered LED configuration. Where professional cameras, streaming or broadcast workflows apply, submit the proposed controller, receiving-card, refresh and scan configuration for project review. Camera suitability shall be treated as configuration-specific and shall not be inferred from product-family marketing alone.
For outdoor display, provide the specified IP-rated cabinet family and confirm the final model-specific protection level. IP rating establishes ingress protection only and shall not be used as evidence of marine or salt-fog corrosion resistance. Coastal projects require a separate corrosion package covering relevant test evidence, coatings, fasteners, PCB protection and material compatibility.
Submit the final controller / processor schedule, receiving-card map, signal distribution, power architecture, redundancy level and input requirements for the selected display. Electrical load shall use the exact project BOM and manufacturer electrical schedule. Circuiting, protection, phase distribution, cable sizing, earthing, inrush, power factor and local electrical compliance remain project-specific.
Coordinate the LED cabinet array with the project-specific support structure, attachments, load path, deflection criteria, service access and cable routing. Wind design, support steel, brackets, rigging, ballast, foundations, anchors and primary-structure capacity are outside the LED cabinet specification unless explicitly included in the project scope and shall be designed by the responsible project professionals.
Before production release, submit the final product data sheet, cabinet / module drawing, project cabinet matrix, processor / receiving-card schedule, electrical schedule, applicable certificates, structural / support information, installation guidance, spare-parts schedule and export packing schedule. Each document shall be checked against the exact offered configuration and revision.
Provide a final packing list showing case / pallet count, dimensions, net and gross weight, total CBM, largest and heaviest packed unit and separate identification of LED cabinets, spares, processors, receiving cards, power supplies, cabling and project hardware. Final spare quantities shall be confirmed from the selected BOM rather than from a generic percentage alone.
