LUTHVAR · GLOBAL INSTITUTIONAL SPORTS

Sports facilities start with people. We make the systems work together.

From a single school court to a coordinated university precinct, Apollo brings sports surfaces, equipment, spectator facilities, training technology and supporting infrastructure into one practical project-supply programme.

01 / CHOOSE YOUR ORGANISATION

Four audiences. Different planning priorities.

Start with your institution's users, operating conditions and procurement model. Each route leads to relevant facilities and established Apollo technical resources.

02 / FACILITY PACKAGE LIBRARY

Build the facility, not just the order.

Each package combines a starting scope, suitable upgrades and a coordinated venue option. No fixed public pricing; every specification and delivery path is reviewed for the actual project.

Build a multi-facility shortlist

Select the packages you want Apollo to consider together, then continue through the existing facility builder and institutional enquiry system.

LUTHVAR / FACILITY PLANNING LIBRARY

Five complete facility planning packs.

Each package provides a twelve-page planning and procurement guide and a seven-sheet editable equipment, interface and supplier register.

These resources support early planning and product procurement. Facility diagrams are not scaled construction drawings. Technical criteria, supplier documents and local statutory requirements must be checked for the exact project. Apollo supplies products only; local specialists undertake engineering, approvals, civil work and installation.

REGIONAL SPORTS PROCUREMENT

Dedicated Middle East & GCC facility pathway.

For sports projects in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and the wider Gulf, use the regional hub for climate, delivery, local technical interfaces and coordinated facility selection.

PROCUREMENT & PROJECT ENQUIRY

Move from facility planning to a structured supply enquiry.

Use editable tender requirements, comparable supplier schedules and secure project-file uploads, with local engineering and installation responsibilities identified.

PLANNING EXAMPLES / USE-BASED PROCUREMENT

See how a facility programme becomes a supply brief.

Explore eight realistic facility-planning situations for universities, schools, councils and sports clubs. Each explains objectives, local responsibilities and procurement decisions without claiming these are completed Apollo projects.

03 / THE PACKAGE MODEL

One package. Three procurement scopes.

Choose the level of facility ambition while keeping design and installation responsibilities with the appointed local project team.
