Buyer questions
No. Auremont is supply-only. Site preparation, foundation or support, crane lifting, utility connections, barriers, local installation, regulated trade work, approvals and commissioning remain with the purchaser's local project team unless the written quotation expressly says otherwise.
Yes. Auremont is delivered as a one-piece modular pool unit and requires lifting into final position. The crane size, setup, radius and lifting plan depend on the configured pool and site and must use the final project lifting information.
No. Auremont is the standard-size modular range and currently uses four external sizes only: Compact 4.0 × 2.0 × 1.4 m, Compact Plus 4.3 × 2.25 × 1.4 m, Mid-size 5.1 × 2.24 × 1.5 m and Long format 9.1 × 2.2 × 2.0 m. Final CAD confirms the configured unit and internal geometry; it does not create a made-to-measure external pool size.
Yes, above-ground, partially recessed, deck-integrated and inground project pathways can be considered. Recessed and inground projects need local foundation, retaining, groundwater, drainage, access and serviceability resolved for the actual site.
The destination project's local team prepares the foundation or support solution using the final Auremont project information. Physical site inspection, foundation design and foundation construction are not included in the Auremont supply scope.
Local qualified trades complete utility connections and any regulated work. The final equipment schedule and project documents identify the relevant pool-side requirements once the configured package is confirmed.
The configured Auremont package can include the selected pump, filter, heater, lighting, controls and approved options. Exact brands, models, ratings and inclusions are confirmed on the final equipment schedule and written quotation rather than assumed from a generic website list.
A viewing-window pathway is available for project review. The opening, panel size, acrylic thickness, reinforcement, sealing and compatibility must be confirmed before final project CAD and manufacture.
Baja shelf, shallow-ledge and pool + spa / dual-zone concepts can be reviewed. These affect internal layout and can affect hydraulics, heating and equipment, so they need to be selected before the shell and equipment package are frozen.
A counter-current pathway can be reviewed for projects that want continuous swimming within a standard pool format. The actual unit, hydraulic demand, electrical demand and compatibility are confirmed with the final equipment package.
The current Auremont pathways are Manual Cover, Automatic Electric Cover and Sliding Deck Cover. Motor, controls, structure, travel clearances, servicing and any safety or load claims must be verified for the exact supplied cover and destination requirements.
Do not assume that. Load, child-resistance, compliance or safety claims apply only where the exact supplied cover has current supporting evidence applicable to the destination requirement.
Yes. Multi-pool programmes can be structured around repeated Auremont pool types, quantities, option packages and staged manufacturing releases while retaining site-specific access, lifting, services and local compliance for each plot or project zone.
Yes. International projects can be reviewed around destination, shipment staging, port or depot handover, onward road access, crane placement, exposure and local project responsibilities. Freight pricing and the exact logistics pathway are confirmed manually per project.
Production and delivery timing is confirmed per order after the configuration, project documents, destination and freight pathway are sufficiently resolved. There is no single universal lead time for every Auremont project.
Auremont uses manual project quotation rather than an automatic website price calculator. The selected standard size, options, quantity, destination, freight pathway and project requirements are reviewed before pricing is issued.
Start with the preferred standard size, destination, installation type, desired options, site dimensions or plan, photos, truck and crane access information, known power / water / drainage details, quantity and target timing. Partial information is acceptable at the start.
Save or generate the Auremont Project Summary, add site and destination information, then submit it through Smart Quote. Unresolved compatibility, equipment, technical and logistics items are reviewed before a final project package is released.
