DORVARN · Access Control

Credentials, readers and controllers organised around who needs access — and for how long.

Project priorities

Access control should match the operating model.

01

User groups

Separate residents, staff, guests, contractors, deliveries and temporary users so credentials and permissions can follow the actual operating model.

02

Entry points

Coordinate gates, barriers, pedestrian entries and other controlled points under a clear access hierarchy rather than separate standalone devices.

03

Administration

Define who issues credentials, removes users, reviews events, manages temporary access and supports the system after handover.

How Apollo fits

Build access permissions before selecting the reader.

DORVARN access-control capability is project configured. Cybersecurity, data handling, network architecture, credential policy, local privacy obligations and ongoing service responsibilities must be reviewed for the deployed system.

01

Define identities + permissions

Map user groups, valid times, entry points and temporary-access requirements.

02

Select credential pathway

Choose RFID, QR, keypad or compatible reader architecture around user experience, security intent and system integration.

03

Confirm connected services

Any portal, SIM, cloud, remote-management or recurring service charges are confirmed for the selected control platform before order.

Relevant Apollo systems

Products can be selected individually or combined around the project.

Market pathways

Move between regions without losing the project context.

Choose the regional hub first, then the country where a dedicated pathway exists. Product suitability, documentation, freight and local project responsibilities are still confirmed against the actual site.
