Project sequence can vary with destination, approvals and scale, but production should not begin until the key drawings, services, structural interfaces and commercial inclusions are frozen.

The model is the starting point, not the final project.
Local approvals stay local
Destination authorities, engineers and licensed trades remain essential parts of the project even where the building package is heavily prefabricated.
Freight shapes design
Packing, container count, access and lifting requirements are considered alongside architecture so the chosen home remains deliverable.
Factory completion is not site completion
Foundations, drainage, utility connections, installation, commissioning and external works must be planned as a separate local workstream.
Documentation controls
The final quotation and approved drawings define what is supplied; concept renders and early floor plans remain planning material.
International only
ARVELL is targeted to selected overseas markets and is deliberately excluded from the New Zealand product offer.
