Complete system
Turf, infill, shock layer, prepared base and drainage must work together. A carpet dimension alone cannot establish playing performance.

Compare football, hockey and rugby playing-surface pathways using Apollo's existing technical references. A supplier's product test, an expired certificate and a finished-field approval are not the same thing. This guide shows the outstanding checks before a quotation can become an exact specification.
Turf, infill, shock layer, prepared base and drainage must work together. A carpet dimension alone cannot establish playing performance.
A product report only supports the construction, test conditions and classification identified in that particular document.
Where required, field certification concerns a specific installation. It does not automatically transfer to another site, surface or date.
Changing an answer updates the comparison and evidence list; it does not automatically approve a system.
The order reflects the stated project requirements. It is not a product ranking, availability claim or endorsement of performance.
The labels below describe the available records as reviewed in the project, not a fresh check of a federation's live register today. Product names and upstream supplier identities are intentionally omitted.
A Norwegian field's FIFA Quality Pro reference expired in 2024; this concerns that earlier installation only.
Do not use that document to certify another field. Confirm the exact proposed full system and testing pathway.
A separate Greek field is described in Apollo's records as holding FIFA Quality field evidence dated to October 2027. It is a different installation from the earlier expired example.
Check the original field certificate ID, the live register and actual scope. It is not an approval for a new field.
Product construction details exist in the source record, but no current matching FIFA field evidence is held in this comparison pack.
Obtain latest supplier system build-up, current test reports and any destination-field evidence.
One earlier completed field's FIFA Quality record is identified as expired in the existing project materials.
Historical evidence cannot establish current approval for a proposed field.
A different Portuguese installation is described in the existing records as holding a field certificate dated to September 2028; it is not the earlier expired field.
Confirm field identity, current register entry and full documented scope. A new field requires separate evaluation.
Important: A supplier/manufacturer certification, product listing, independent product test and finished-field certificate describe different scopes. Historical documents are retained for traceability, not offered as proof of an approved new field. Conflicting dates and unmatched constructions remain unresolved until the original document and current register position can be checked.
A site survey, base details and field-use programme often matter as much as the first product choice. The selected answers will carry into the existing LUTHVAR Turf Project Brief.
Playing programme and competition/tender requirement
Field dimensions, existing geometry, access and survey
New field versus removal/replacement and condition of lower layers
Base flatness, drainage, water movement and climate exposure
Carpet, infill, elastic/shock layer and joining/line construction
Usage hours, brushing, infill checks, cleaning and maintenance resources
Exact current model evidence versus any separate completed-field test
Supply, receiving, installation, handover and local approvals
We'll carry the sport, project type, climate, maintenance, requested evidence and open issues into the quotation preparation form. Site works, installation and statutory sign-off remain with the local project team.
