Planning Event Infrastructure
What information is needed to plan Event Infrastructure?
Start with venue or site drawings, intended use, audience capacity, indoor/outdoor exposure, dimensions, destination, programme, existing infrastructure and any known performance or engineering requirements.
Does HLJÓÐ install the system?
HLJÓÐ is structured around project supply. Installation, rigging, electrical works, structural sign-off, machinery installation, commissioning and local approvals are coordinated with the relevant manufacturer, specialist contractor and local professional team as the project requires.
Can multiple HLJÓÐ systems be coordinated together?
Yes. The complete venue pathway is intended to coordinate sound, stage, lighting, LED, rigging, acoustics, theatre systems, event infrastructure and network/control interfaces before the final equipment schedule is locked.
