TECHNICAL SUBMITTAL + DRAWING CENTRE

LUTHVAR COMPLETE · PROJECT DELIVERY

Turn the indoor-sports design into a controlled technical submission and release workflow.

This centre defines what the project team submits, what Apollo reviews, what Apollo can return and what must be closed before a supplied configuration is released for quotation. It covers Basketball, Netball, Volleyball, Badminton, Futsal, Handball and Floorball without replacing the appointed architect, engineers or local project team.

SUBMITTAL WORKFLOW

Five project stages from concept to handover.

Each stage makes the next decision more specific. Exact product information is only returned when the selected system and project information are mature enough to support it.

01

Concept Design Pack

Required from project team

Sport hierarchy, hall geometry, court / run-off assumptions, clear-height intent, spectator model and initial storage zones.

Apollo review

Apollo checks the proposed sport pathways against the relevant Technical Centres and flags high-risk interfaces early.

Returned by Apollo

Equipment-family options, primary interface warnings and the information still needed before exact selection.

Hall concept is sufficiently defined to proceed without relying on incompatible equipment assumptions.
02

Developed Design Pack

Required from project team

Floor build-up, slab / subfloor information, wall / roof structure, reflected ceiling plan, dividers, lighting, services and storage drawings.

Apollo review

Apollo reviews floor, structural, overhead, movement, storage and power / data interfaces against the intended equipment families.

Returned by Apollo

Coordination comments, equipment envelopes, interface information and exact-system data where selection is already mature.

Critical floor, structure, overhead and storage conflicts are identified before they become construction changes.
03

Pre-Order Technical Pack

Required from project team

Latest coordinated drawings, confirmed sport level, equipment schedule assumptions, destination requirements and agreed project responsibilities.

Apollo review

Exact equipment, current technical evidence, loads / reactions where verified, mounting / socket information and FÍSVOR interfaces are matched.

Returned by Apollo

Exact-system schedule, available setting-out / mounting information, verified product evidence and outstanding release conditions.

The quoted configuration is technically defined enough for commercial release.
04

Construction Coordination Pack

Required from project team

Issued-for-construction drawings, floor / structure interfaces, services layouts, access routes, finishes and programme dates relevant to supplied systems.

Apollo review

Apollo checks the supplied-system interfaces against the latest coordinated project documents and identifies material departures.

Returned by Apollo

Final applicable equipment interface information, installation / handling requirements and product documentation available for construction coordination.

Project team confirms the building / local works are coordinated for the selected equipment.
05

Handover Pack

Required from project team

Installed / completed project information where relevant, responsible parties, commissioning records and any agreed close-out items.

Apollo review

Applicable supplied-system documentation is assembled and outstanding technical handover items are closed.

Returned by Apollo

Available O&M material, operating instructions, maintenance / spares information, test or evidence documents and final supplied-system schedule.

Venue operator receives the information needed to operate and maintain the supplied systems.

SUBMITTAL STATUS

Use one status language across drawings and interfaces.

The statuses describe technical progress. They are not construction approvals or consent status.

01

Required

Project information is needed before the item can move forward.

02

Received

The latest submission has been received for the current review cycle.

03

Under Review

Apollo is checking the information against the relevant equipment / interface pathway.

04

Interface Closed

The material interface is sufficiently resolved for the current project stage.

05

Exact Product Selected

A specific supplied system has replaced the earlier product-family assumption.

06

Released for Quote

Technical information and evidence are sufficient for commercial quotation of the defined configuration.

DRAWING + SUBMITTAL REGISTER

A practical register for indoor-sport coordination.

Use the register as a project checklist. The required stage can move earlier or later depending on procurement timing and how quickly exact equipment needs to be selected.

RELEASE FOR QUOTE GATE

Eight checks before the exact configuration moves into quotation.

The objective is not to make every design issue final before a quote. It is to stop unresolved interfaces or unsupported approval assumptions from being hidden inside the quoted equipment.

01

Sport, use level and required competition pathway are confirmed.

02

Latest project drawings used for review are identifiable and current.

03

Critical floor / substrate, wall / roof and overhead interfaces are sufficiently resolved.

04

Movement, parking, storage and handling routes are workable for the selected equipment.

05

Power / data / control requirements are assigned where applicable.

06

Exact product evidence matches the configuration being proposed.

07

Local structural, code, consent, fire, accessibility and services responsibilities are assigned.

08

Supply, installation, testing and handover responsibilities are explicit.

PROJECT PATHWAY

Coordinate first. Submit next. Release the exact system only when the interfaces are ready.

The Architect & Specifier Centre defines what needs coordination. This Submittal Centre controls the document flow and technical release. The Project Brief turns the resolved pathway into the commercial scope.
