INDOOR SPORTS · PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATION WRITER
LUTHVAR COMPLETE · ARCHITECT + SPECIFIER TOOL
Write the performance requirement first. Select the exact system when the project is ready.
Choose the sport mix, venue level, floor pathway, storage model and digital layer. The writer generates project-ready coordination clauses while keeping exact product evidence, engineering, approvals and native drawings tied to the eventual selected system.
01 · SPORT MIX
Select every sport the hall must support.
Keep at least one sport selected. The generated equipment clauses remain separate by sport.

LUTHVAR INDOOR SPORTS PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATION Venue level: School & Community Sports: Basketball, Netball Floor pathway: Performance multi-sport floor Storage / changeover: Basic supervised changeover Digital pathway: Core scoreboard / game clock 1. PROJECT INTENT Provide a coordinated indoor sports-hall equipment and technical-interface package for Basketball, Netball. The specification is performance-based at this stage. Exact product models, dimensions, loads, reactions, fixings, approvals and native CAD / BIM deliverables shall only be relied upon after the exact supplied systems are selected and current technical evidence is reviewed. 2. VENUE OPERATING LEVEL The hall shall prioritise durable shared use, straightforward supervision, simple changeover and storage, with equipment selected for the required school / community programme rather than assumed competition compliance. 3. SPORTS FLOOR Provide an ATHREN indoor sports-floor pathway suitable for the nominated sport hierarchy and shared-hall use. Final floor construction, performance evidence, fire / slip data, line marking, substrate requirements, sockets, sleeves, loading and maintenance shall be confirmed against the exact selected floor system. 4. SPORT EQUIPMENT Basketball equipment shall be selected around the required use level and hall structure. Backstop type, operating and parked envelopes, board and ring configuration, padding, floor / wall / roof interfaces and any shot-clock requirements shall be coordinated against the exact selected system before release. Netball equipment shall be coordinated around the intended indoor use level, post-support pathway, ring and net configuration, padding, bench / scorer zones and shared-court changeover. Sleeve, cap, floor-build-up or other support information shall be confirmed against the exact selected system. 5. STORAGE & CHANGEOVER Provide secure storage and a short, supervised movement path suitable for routine school / community changeover. Major equipment shall have nominated parked positions and safe access without obstructing normal hall operation. Storage rooms, doors, thresholds, turning zones, parked equipment and handling methods shall be checked against the real selected equipment rather than generic room-area allowances. 6. SCORING, TIMING & VISION Provide a FÍSVOR core scoreboard / game-clock pathway coordinated with sport controls, scorer position, mounting, power and data requirements. Final controls, protocols, electrical loads, mounting and data interfaces shall follow the exact selected equipment. 7. DIVIDERS, PROTECTION & OVERHEAD COORDINATION Coordinate divider curtains / netting, wall and column protection, goal-end protection, suspended or retractable sports equipment, lighting, HVAC, sprinklers, speakers, cable trays and displays so every nominated operating mode retains the required movement and clear zones. 8. TECHNICAL SUBMITTALS Technical submittals shall identify the exact product and configuration offered and include current project-relevant drawings, data sheets, applicable test / approval evidence, setting-out information, operating / parked envelopes, mounting / socket information and power / data requirements where applicable. Documents for another model or configuration shall not be treated as evidence for the proposed system. 9. DRAWING & REVISION CONTROL Planning diagrams are design-intent references only. Exact-system or project-specific drawings shall carry a revision or issue date. Changes to dimensions, equipment selection, floor build-up, loads, fixings, services interfaces, storage or operating mode after review shall be identified and re-coordinated before procurement proceeds. 10. RESPONSIBILITIES Apollo's base scope is supply of the quoted equipment and specifically stated supporting technical information. The appointed project team remains responsible for architectural design, structural capacity and connections, floor / slab / subfloor design, building services, local code / consent / fire / accessibility review, site measurement and installation unless any of those services are expressly included in writing. 11. EXACT-SYSTEM EVIDENCE Any stated certification, homologation, approval, test result or performance claim shall apply to the exact product and configuration offered. Visual similarity, shared dimensions or product-family association shall not be used to transfer evidence from another system. 12. COMMERCIAL RELEASE Before quotation of an exact configuration, the project shall have a sufficiently defined sport programme, current drawings, equipment pathway, floor / substrate interfaces, storage / movement concept, power / data requirements where relevant, destination requirements and agreed responsibility split. Outstanding items shall be identified rather than hidden inside the quotation. Specification note: This generated wording is a coordination template. It is not legal advice, structural design, electrical design, consent documentation or a substitute for current exact-system technical information and appointed professional review.
Coordination template only. Final specification wording should be reviewed against the project contract, jurisdiction, current exact-system documents and appointed professional responsibilities.
WHERE THIS SITS
The writer completes the indoor-sports technical chain.
Use each tool for the decision it is designed to control rather than forcing product selection too early.

NEXT PROJECT STEP
Use the generated specification with the controlled drawing and submittal workflow.
When the project moves toward quotation, exact equipment, evidence and interface documents should be matched through the Submittal Centre and Project Brief rather than added to this performance specification by assumption.
