INDIA / SCENARIO 06

ILLUSTRATIVE PROJECT SCENARIO — NOT A BUILT PROJECT

India sports campus: spectators, circulation and hospitality

Different shade systems for different users.

Illustrative planning example. No actual client, site, installation, project result or supplier performance is represented. Any product combination would require exact-model verification and local engineering.

01 / SAMPLE PROJECT BRIEF

A realistic design question, not a claimed result.

The example project brief

A sample multipurpose sports campus needs spectator comfort, circulation shelter and a shaded café or clubhouse terrace.

How a design team might respond

A separately engineered larger shelter would be investigated for spectators, with repeatable smaller canopies at walkways and an independent outdoor roof system at the clubhouse.

Illustrative planning outcome

Three separate but coordinated shelter workstreams linked by an overall campus procurement schedule.

This is a proposed design approach, not an outcome measured at a real site. No installation, performance, customer success or sales result is claimed.

SYSTEM RELATIONSHIP DIAGRAM / SCENARIO 06

See how the products connect.

Purpose-made architectural miniatures give each zone visual context, while the interactive relationship diagram remains the guide to how the product families could be coordinated. Select a zone to explore its role.

Spectator covering remains an engineered programme; walkways and clubhouse cover are separate product packages.

Connections to coordinate

Illustrative relationship diagram only. No real project, site layout, measured distances, construction details, structural connection, manufacturer approval or performance certification is represented. Lines indicate planning interfaces, not physical pipes, cables or fixing details.

03 / PRODUCT FAMILY REFERENCES

What each system could contribute.

These are complementary product-family options, subject to exact model and local design checks. Approved supplier product photos below are references to those product families—not photographs of the illustrated example.

Permanent membrane architecture

Spectator assembly

An engineered permanent structure is a plausible architectural pathway where spectator capacity and structural spans are substantial.

04 / DESIGN INTEGRATION

How the systems relate.

The value is not simply putting product names into a bundle. Their structural, drainage and operating interfaces must be planned before anything is specified or ordered.

The coordination logic

  • Confirm seating/circulation geometry before siting structural supports.
  • Keep supplier scope for major spectator cover distinct from smaller canopies.
  • Coordinate clubhouse roof drainage away from spectator movement.

Alternatives, not automatic additions

  • For some large structural sports-cover needs, the project may require a broader ZABALERA building-envelope assessment rather than a membrane-only shade package.

05 / TURNING THE PLAN INTO A REAL PROJECT

The checks that make it credible.

No assumed timeline, budget, wind capacity or sustainability result is substituted for site evidence.

Technical verification required

  • Spectator load and sightline design
  • Sports and public-use approvals
  • Structural, fire and membrane evidence
  • Clubhouse roofing and drainage conditions

What Apollo could coordinate

  • Compare suitable product families and submittals
  • Coordinate multiple product packages and shipment

Local project-team responsibilities

  • Local sports-facility designer and structural engineer
  • Construction, permits, installation and commissioning

06 / YOUR OWN PROJECT

Use this design approach as a starting point—not a specification.

Bring your actual location, dimensions, drawings and project objectives. The enquiry pre-fills this scenario as inspiration, clearly marked as an illustrative example, so Apollo can review which real products and documents fit the site.

Important

All products are supply-only. Local qualified teams must establish site measurements, wind and fire obligations, structural design, approvals and installation. Supplier photos and illustrations are not a project-specific engineering assessment.
