01 / APPLICATIONS

Identify the facility programme before selecting equipment.

01

Indoor basketball and multi-sport competition halls

02

Grandstand and retractable-seating renewal

03

Training-to-competition venue upgrades

04

Sports hall, civic and campus events

02 / COORDINATED SUPPLY

Systems that should be specified together.

01

Playing and competition systems

Specified sports flooring, court equipment, scoreboards, timing and storage, with governing-body requirements checked against the actual event level.

02

Spectators and seating

Fixed, telescopic or mobile seating, spectator circulation interfaces and step/row arrangements; structure and egress designed locally.

03

Venue technology

FÍSVOR screens and LED displays, control interfaces, timing/score systems, with local AV, electrical and network design.

04

Building and environment

Where in scope, ZABALERA large-span structures, shading, indoor acoustics interfaces and weather protection systems.

03 / TECHNICAL PROCUREMENT

Confirm the interfaces before requesting prices.

Planning priorities

  • Determine the principal sport, competition tier and multi-use conversion requirements.
  • Agree dimensions, run-offs, stand sightlines, wheelchair positions and event circulation with venue designers.
  • Separate seating supply from structural design, anchorage, fire strategy, egress and crowd safety approvals.
  • Prepare the exact scoreboard/display and building-services interface schedules before issuing an RFQ.

Supplier evidence and submittals

  • Dimensioned product drawings, seating configurations and loads
  • Test reports and applicable standards for exact sports equipment
  • Control/AV interface schedules, power and data requirements
  • Packaging plan, delivery/phasing and local acceptance checklist

04 / DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITIES

Clear division between international supply and local works.

Apollo product-supply package

Coordinated equipment schedules, project quotations, manufacturer submittals, packaging and logistics arrangements for the agreed scope.

Open existing procurement toolkit

Appointed local team

  • Structural design, crowd management, fire engineering and approvals
  • Installation, venue commissioning, testing and operator training
  • Verification of sport certification against event governing body

05 / PROCUREMENT APPLICATION

How these systems can work together.

An operator replacing indoor arena seating and scoreboards begins with a measured survey and event schedule. Apollo can provide comparable equipment submissions, while local designers resolve sightlines, stand interfaces, egress and power.

Equipment selection, dimensions and delivery scope are confirmed against the actual project requirements and the appointed local team’s approved documentation.
