ORDRAN Technical Library · QA + Warranty

ORDRAN Technical LibraryThis resource summarises current ORDRAN project-planning information. Final approved project drawings, equipment schedules and destination requirements control the supplied configuration.

Production testing and warranty information should travel with the exact project.

Current documented production information states a 48–72 hour full-load hydrostatic-test pathway before delivery, with separate post-install water testing for the documented framed pool family. A completed sample hydrostatic report has now been received. The project-specific test record and written warranty documents govern the supplied configuration.

Current technical guidance

Apply these requirements only to the pool construction or project condition they relate to. Final project drawings, local engineering and component documents govern.

01Production hydrostatic test
48–72 h full-load pathwayA controlled production procedure is on file and a completed handwritten sample hydrostatic report has been received. The actual project test record remains part of the release pack.
02Post-install framed-pool test
24 h full-water leakage checkApplies to the documented framed WPC family after local installation / connections.
03FRP shell / support structure
Written project warranty requiredPublish the applicable period and exclusions only from the formal warranty document for the supplied configuration.
04Acrylic / PMMA / tempered glass
Written glazing warranty requiredMaterial, installation interface, exclusions and warranty period must match the exact supplied window system.
05Equipment + controls
Component-specific written warrantiesPump, filter, heating/cooling, controls and cover warranties remain tied to the named equipment schedule.

Applications + project fit

How to use this information.

Keep the release evidence

Approved drawings, BOM, production test records, packing information and warranty documents should stay tied to the project production record.

Warranty is conditional

Installation, water chemistry, misuse, impact and unauthorised modification can affect warranty coverage.

Component warranties differ

Shell, glazing, electronics, pumps, heat pumps and covers should not be collapsed into one generic warranty period.

Formal documents override website summaries

Website information is a planning summary; the signed project warranty and component documents govern.
