ORDRAN Technical Library · Base + Installation

ORDRAN Technical LibraryThis resource summarises current ORDRAN project-planning information. Final approved project drawings, equipment schedules and destination requirements control the supplied configuration.

Base, positioning and post-install checks for ORDRAN framed pools.

This guide consolidates the current ORDRAN requirements for the documented framed WPC pool family. These requirements must not be applied automatically to unrelated ORDRAN pool constructions.

Current technical guidance

Apply these requirements only to the pool construction or project condition they relate to. Final project drawings, local engineering and component documents govern.

01Base material
Fully hardened C25 concrete or higherCurrent documented requirement for the framed WPC pool family.
02Minimum thickness
150 mmApplies to the framed WPC configurations currently documented.
03Level tolerance
≤3 mm per metreThe supporting slab must be flat and integrated.
04Unsuitable bases
Grass · bare soil · sand · soft ground · temporary baseThe current installation sheet excludes these support conditions.
05Service connections
Recirculation · supply / drain · electricalLocal connections are completed by the destination project team.
06Post-install test
24 h full-water leakage checkRequired after positioning and service connection before commissioning.

ORDRAN is supply-only. Local engineering, foundations, lifting, installation, utilities, barriers, approvals and commissioning remain destination project responsibilities unless expressly included.

Applications + project fit

How to use this information.

Framed-pool scope

The base requirements on this page relate to the documented WPC-clad / galvanized-frame / FRP-liner construction family.

Local engineering still matters

Soil, drainage, slab reinforcement, seismic, wind, flood and other destination requirements remain local project responsibilities.

Do not use soft temporary bases

The current ORDRAN installation documentation requires a fully hardened flat concrete support rather than grass, loose sand or temporary pads.

Test before commissioning

The pool should remain full for the documented post-install leakage-check period before normal use begins.
