Auremont project release should connect the configured pool, current documents, equipment, logistics information and dispatch record. The exact factory test procedures and numerical acceptance criteria remain tied to the supplied configuration and current supporting evidence.

Approved project documents
Use the current project CAD and final equipment / option schedules rather than generic catalogue drawings or an earlier configuration.

Visual completion evidence
Where supplied with the order, completion photographs can record the finished shell, exterior, equipment bay and selected options before packing.

Equipment + accessory record
The packed pool should be checked against the final supplied-scope record, including selected equipment and project-specific accessories.

Transport + lifting information
Shipping dimensions, configured dry weight, lifting information and receiving requirements must be taken from the current order documents before crane planning.

Packing + dispatch record
Packing / loading information should identify the configured unit and any separately packed accessories or documentation travelling with the order.
Project release evidence
Keep the order identity and the evidence together.
The purpose of the release pack is traceability: the receiving team should be able to see what pool was released, what was included and which current project documents apply to it.

Standard size, project / order reference and current released configuration
Shell + finish
Visible finish, selected colour / cladding pathway and obvious transport-sensitive areas
Equipment bay
Installed / supplied equipment against the final schedule, with access preserved
Viewing window
Presence, location and released project details where the option is included
Internal layout
Baja shelf, spa division, steps or other project-selected internal configuration where applicable
Cover system
Correct manual, automatic or sliding-deck pathway and separately packed components where applicable
Controls + lighting
Configured controls, lighting and related equipment where included in the supplied package
Logistics data
Current shipping envelope, dry weight and lifting / receiving information for the configured unit
Packing list
Pool unit plus any separately packed equipment, accessories, manuals or project documents
Project documents
Approved CAD, equipment schedule, operating / care information and warranty information available for the supplied package
Evidence rule
Do not turn an unconfirmed factory capability into a public performance claim.
Factory tests can be valuable evidence, but the exact test method, specimen, duration, acceptance criteria and configuration matter. Auremont only relies on a test or certificate where the current supporting information applies to the supplied product or project.
Water / leak testing
Only state the exact factory test method, duration and acceptance criteria after they are confirmed for the supplied configuration.
Electrical / control testing
Record the factory test scope only where it is confirmed for the installed equipment and destination electrical configuration.
Heating / filtration run test
Do not imply a full operating test unless the actual equipment and test process are documented for the order.
Cover cycle testing
Automatic / sliding-cover operating tests and any safety or load evidence must be tied to the exact supplied cover.
Viewing-window test evidence
Do not publish leak, pressure or structural performance claims without current evidence for the actual panel / installation.
Coating / corrosion evidence
Use current material, coating and test information applicable to the supplied components and exposure pathway.
Dispatch-to-site handoff
Release documentation should support the next team, not stop at the factory gate.
The destination team still needs to confirm receiving, crane setup, prepared support, local connections and commissioning. The release pack should be kept with the project record through handover.
