What Base Does Sports Flooring Need?
Apollo modular tile and roll-out sports-flooring pathways are selected over a suitable supporting base. The exact preparation depends on the product and site, but stability, levels and drainage should be resolved first.

Soft ground usually needs preparation
Natural grass, loose fill and unsuitable soft ground are not treated as direct-finish bases for Apollo court tiles or roll-out flooring. A suitable prepared base should be designed before the finish is selected.

Bonded, loose-lay, modular and portable systems do not all require the same preparation. Follow the final selected flooring specification and site assessment.
