Community / education
School/training hall with safe goals, resilient floor, wall protection and storage.
Start Project Brief
GLOBAL SPORTS TECHNICAL LIBRARY
INDOOR HALL · FUTSAL TECHNICAL CENTRE
A futsal hall needs to manage fast ball movement, goal restraint, wall proximity, floor performance, team areas and spectator/event infrastructure without compromising shared-hall operation.

INTERACTIVE FACILITY MAP
Select a layer to see why it matters. This is a conceptual coordination map—not a dimensioned court, field, structural or compliance drawing.
FACILITY LEVEL MATRIX
Do not copy elite-event requirements into every community project—or under-specify a competition venue from a school checklist.
School/training hall with safe goals, resilient floor, wall protection and storage.
Club hall with repeat goal handling, team areas, scoreboard and spectators.
Competition-oriented hall with controlled pitch, exact goal evidence, event lighting and officials.
Arena/event pathway with major seating, FÍSVOR, broadcast lighting and professional operations.
12 TECHNICAL TOPICS
Each topic is part of the same facility. Changing one layer can affect several others, which is why product selection should follow the complete brief.
Freeze the intended competition dimensions, run-off, team/substitution zones, scorer/timekeeper and goal location before adding seating or wall systems.
Use a flat, consistent indoor sports floor matched to intended competition and shared sport mix; control slip, ball behaviour, seams and protection.
Goals require exact geometry, nets and restraint/anchoring. Portable goals must have a safe movement and storage method.
Coordinate fast ball visibility, glare, cameras and shared-hall modes.
Keep seating and circulation outside run-off while protecting spectator areas from fast balls where needed.
Goal anchors/restraint, wall protection, dividers, scoreboard/display, lighting and roof services should be resolved together.
Indoor thermal comfort and ventilation should avoid strong draughts across play. Urban outdoor/cage formats require drainage, UV and noise planning.
Accessible spectator, player and community-use routes must not compromise run-off or emergency circulation.
Goals, nets, benches, protection, dividers and scorer equipment are bulky; show their parked dimensions and movement route.
Game clock, scoreboard, FÍSVOR, PA and camera systems should share a clear officials/control architecture.
Keep FIFA/IHF-style goal dimensions or local competition requirements distinct from exact goal product evidence and structural restraint.
Inspect floor, goals, nets, restraint hardware, wall padding, score systems and storage equipment.
EVIDENCE LADDER
Defines the sport or competition requirement. It does not automatically approve a supplier or construction detail.
Applies to an exact surface, equipment item or system configuration and the scope stated by the governing programme.
Where the sport offers it, field/court/facility testing confirms the finished installation rather than only the product.
Foundations, supports, wind/seismic loads, electrical, building interfaces and local-code compliance remain project-specific.
Warranty, documentation, spares, freight, installation responsibility and exact quoted configuration are closed before order.

PERFORMANCE-SPECIFICATION STARTERS
These are performance-based starting points, not a substitute for the project architect, engineer, governing body or exact selected-system data.
Freeze the intended competition dimensions, run-off, team/substitution zones, scorer/timekeeper and goal location before adding seating or wall systems.
Use a flat, consistent indoor sports floor matched to intended competition and shared sport mix; control slip, ball behaviour, seams and protection.
Keep FIFA/IHF-style goal dimensions or local competition requirements distinct from exact goal product evidence and structural restraint.
Inspect floor, goals, nets, restraint hardware, wall padding, score systems and storage equipment.
DRAWING ROADMAP
Public planning diagrams can define intent. Exact fabrication, foundation, fixing and model drawings should follow only when the selected system is verified.
TECHNICAL DIAGRAM PACK
Four vector sheets cover plan geometry, vertical coordination, equipment/operations and spectator/technology interfaces. Verified sport dimensions are shown only where the technical baseline supports them; conceptual allowances remain explicitly labelled.
These diagrams organise coordination information. They are not fabrication drawings, engineering drawings, construction details, certified court/field layouts or statutory documentation. Current governing-body requirements, exact selected-system drawings and local professional design take precedence.
MAINTENANCE & LIFECYCLE
01Floor clean
02Goal frame/fastener inspection
03Net replacement
04Restraint/anchor check
05Wall padding
06Lighting
07Score systems
08Storage carts
TROUBLESHOOTING
Check restraint/anchoring system and operating procedure.
Review run-off, wall protection and containment.
Review cleaning, finish and contamination.
Test driver/flicker performance and camera settings.
Review substitution/team/scorer geometry.
Review folding/demounting design, trolley and storage doors.
SPORTS PLANNING CALCULATORS
These are concept-planning tools—not engineering, certification, accessibility or photometric calculators. Every input is visible and editable so assumptions stay explicit.
40 × 20 m common full-size planning reference with editable 2 m peripheral allowance.
This is area arithmetic only. Roll widths, tile modules, seams, line systems, perimeter details and manufacturer-specific waste factors can change the final order quantity.
Not a code or sightline calculation. Final rows, aisles, vomitories, accessible positions, guards, rake and egress must be developed by the project team.
01Confirm the sport and exact competition level.
02Define the playing area plus spectator, camera and officials zones.
03Coordinate luminaire locations with structure, roof services, poles and maintenance access.
04Control glare for players, officials and spectators.
05Confirm local electrical, emergency-lighting and spill-light requirements.
06Define training, match and reduced-energy operating modes where controls support them.
NEXT STEP
Competition dimensions are project-specific and must be verified. Team zones, goals, officials, wall protection and spectator interfaces increase the venue footprint.
