AETRENCharging Infrastructure Systems

Technical planning · project supply

Commercial EV charging specification schedule.

Capture the decisions that matter before an AC or DC charger model is submitted for a project. This is a specification checklist, not an issued manufacturer datasheet or certification statement.

Start project brief

Five schedules for the project team.

Each entry should be resolved by the appointed specifier or confirmed against the exact quoted charger configuration.

01 · Project identification

  • Destination country and applicable installation rules
  • Project type, location and operator
  • Charging bay quantity and staged expansion
  • Vehicle types, dwell periods and expected use
  • Local designer, installer and commissioning party

02 · Power and physical configuration

  • AC or DC power class and required concurrent outlets
  • Electrical supply, phases, voltage and capacity
  • Connector type, cable length and parking geometry
  • Maximum charging current, output voltage and sharing behaviour
  • Enclosure material, mounting type and foundation requirements
  • Dimensions, clearances, maintenance access and weight

03 · Management and payment

  • OCPP protocol version and tested third-party backend
  • Ethernet, Wi-Fi, cellular and cybersecurity requirements
  • RFID, QR, app or contactless payment method
  • Meter type and destination-specific transaction requirements
  • Load balancing, site-demand limits and software licence ownership
  • Operator account, diagnostics, OTA updates and data/export rights

04 · Compliance and environment

  • Exact-model certificates and applicable IEC/EN evidence
  • Connector and electrical safety requirements by destination
  • IP/IK and salt/dust/rain exposure
  • Ambient temperature, thermal derating and sustained output
  • GCC high-temperature or coastal installation evidence as required
  • Declarations, installation instructions and commissioning records

05 · Commercial supply and lifecycle

  • Supplier model and approved AETREN configuration
  • Quantity, OEM identity and packaging schedule
  • Unit pricing, optional accessories and shipping scope
  • Lead time, warranty term and exclusion schedule
  • Local service arrangements and spare-parts availability
  • Software fees, payment-provider charges and backend exit route

Model-specific release gate

No AETREN charger is represented as available in a destination solely because a manufacturer catalogue lists a power rating or certification logo. Final supply is subject to verified evidence, written commercial confirmation, and the appointed project's local approvals.
