Membrane pathways
PTFE fibreglass, PVDF-coated polyester and project-specific ETFE single-layer / cushion systems.
TECHNICAL CENTRE
PTFE fibreglass, PVDF-coated polyester and project-specific ETFE single-layer / cushion systems.
S355 / Q355-equivalent pathway available subject to project specification.
Project-specific; site, terrain, height, surroundings, geometry and applicable code are reviewed rather than relying on a catalogue rating.
Supplier-stated pathways include AS/NZS, Eurocode, ASCE and GCC project requirements.
Hot-dip galvanising with supplier-recommended minimum 85 μm zinc for selected GCC coastal projects; duplex galvanised + powder-coat pathway available.
316 / 316L exposed cables, turnbuckles, bolts and selected hardware available.
Structural calculation reports, shop/fabrication drawings, connection and reaction information subject to project scope.
Installation documentation, remote technical support and supplier site supervision can be scoped.
MEMBRANE REFERENCE
These are qualification references, not universal project guarantees. Final membrane datasheets and certificates are matched to the selected project material.
Single-layer and cushion pathways are available. ETFE requires tighter geometry coordination; final manufacture follows verified structural measurements.
GEOMETRY CONTROL
For overseas PTFE and ETFE work, site erection tolerances can materially affect membrane fit. ZAHREQ therefore treats final supporting-geometry verification as a project-control stage where required.
WARRANTY CONTROL
Current supplier qualification supports a typical 10–15 year PVDF membrane-material pathway and 20–25 year PTFE membrane-material pathway, subject to the exact selected product and written warranty. Structural steel, coatings, fittings, installation and other components remain governed by the project-specific written warranty. Extended structural/coating terms are still being qualified.
PLANNING GUIDES
PROJECT TECHNICAL REVIEW
Share drawings, location, geometry, intended use, wind/fire criteria and exposure so the correct membrane and engineering pathway can be assessed.
