Foundation and structural criteria

Specification controls

Keep the public pathway useful without turning planning data into guarantees.

Fire-water volume and pump duty are determined from the project fire design, not from domestic-water demand.

Fire-water storage may need to remain hydraulically or operationally separate from domestic supply.

Local fire-engineering, authority and code requirements control the final arrangement.

Pump sets, hydrants, sprinklers and fire mains remain separate project scopes unless explicitly included.

Working resources

Carry this section through design, procurement and handover.

Project note

RHELGAN fire-water storage is a project-supply pathway only. The responsible fire engineer and local project team determine the required reserve, fire pump, network and compliance basis.

Final equipment, material, capacity, certification, drawings, performance and commercial scope are confirmed against the exact project configuration.
