RHELGAN · MODULAR WATER STORAGE

Flat-pack storage designed around project volume, footprint and logistics.

RHELGAN modular storage is configured as a sectional system rather than a fixed one-piece tank. That allows useful storage volume to be developed around available space, transport constraints, project water depth and the destination engineering brief.

sectional panel fieldsupport / foundation interfaceproject-configured connections
Flat-pack logistics

Panels and structural components can be packed more efficiently than large one-piece tanks.

Configurable geometry

Tank length, width and height are developed around usable volume and the available footprint.

Material pathways

GRP and stainless are the current primary planning families, with other systems retained for qualified projects.

Evidence controlled

Potable-water, structural, wind, seismic and service-life claims are confirmed against the exact project package.

Planning classes

Use a storage band to start the conversation.

The class identifies the scale of the requirement. It does not lock the tank geometry, panel thickness, material, foundation or connection schedule.

Material selection

Choose the construction from the project requirements.

RHELGAN does not publish a simple good / better / best material hierarchy. Water use, environment, hygiene, life-cycle expectations, certification and budget all affect the selection.

01

GRP sectional

Primary modular pathway

Flat-pack panel construction for community, education, health, housing and project water-storage requirements. Exact drinking-water approval, panel schedule, bracing and structural design are confirmed for the selected system.

02

Stainless sectional

Specialist project pathway

Stainless modular storage can be selected where the specification, hygiene requirement or environmental brief calls for it. Grade selection and all wetted components remain project-specific.

03

Composite sectional

Technical evaluation pathway

Composite constructions may offer a useful balance of water-contact surface and external structural shell, but are only released where the exact construction and corrosion interfaces are verified.

Project information

Five inputs make an early storage review useful.

01

Required usable volume

Known m³ requirement or enough demand information for RHELGAN to establish a planning range.

02

Available footprint

Length, width, maximum height and any plant-room or access restrictions.

03

Water use

Drinking, domestic, WASH, healthcare, process, irrigation, fire or mixed use.

04

Environment

Coastal, tropical, desert / high UV, high wind, seismic, flood or other relevant site conditions.

05

Connections + system context

Inlet, outlet, overflow, drain, treatment, pumping, gravity distribution and maintenance access.

Configuration control

RHELGAN planning classes describe the project pathway without turning a preliminary storage band into a fixed specification. Final materials, panel schedule, tank geometry, connections, structural design, certification and commercial scope are confirmed for the selected project configuration.
