UHPC / Architectural Concrete should be selected for the job it needs to perform on the building rather than from appearance alone. Typical pathways include Civic and cultural projects, Commercial façades, Education, Hospitality, Feature walls.
Record whether the system is primarily cladding, screening, solar control, ventilation, privacy, feature architecture or a combination. That role determines which geometry, support and evidence questions matter most.

Any fire, structural, corrosion, bonding, coating or other performance evidence should match the actual material, thickness, assembly and finish being supplied.
Generic supplier certificates should not be transferred to a materially different façade build-up simply because the visible surface looks similar.
Where colour, texture, pattern, joint alignment, curvature or close-range appearance matters, use project samples or mock-ups before the production finish is frozen.
The final release package should coordinate approved drawings, material and finish schedule, panel or profile references, subframe interfaces, fixing logic, delivery sequencing and any project-specific inspection requirements.
