DESIGN BASIS

Site-specific engineering comes first.

Every ZAHREQ project is assessed around location, wind code, terrain, building height, surrounding conditions, membrane geometry, fire requirements, structural interfaces and intended design life. No universal catalogue wind rating is substituted for the project design basis.

COASTAL / CORROSION

Protection matched to exposure.

For coastal Qatar conditions, the supplier recommends hot-dip galvanising with minimum 85 μm zinc for selected projects and offers a duplex galvanised + powder-coated pathway for heavy salt atmosphere.

LOCAL ENGINEERING

Authority pathway stays local.

Project calculations and shop drawings are developed against the agreed design basis, with local engineer and authority coordination handled according to the project approval route.

PTFEPremium long-life permanent membrane pathway.
PVDFCommercial architectural membrane pathway.
ETFESpecialist transparent single-layer or cushion pathway for significant projects.

PROJECT SUPPLY

Manufactured internationally. Delivered into the local project team.

Apollo NZ Global is a supply-only wholesale and project-supply company. Local approvals, foundations, civil works, local engineer certification and installation remain project-specific unless expressly included in writing. Supplier site supervision can be scoped where required.

START THE REVIEW

Send the design basis.

Share the site, drawings, required span, use, known wind/fire criteria, coastal exposure and programme so the correct membrane and structural pathway can be reviewed.
