Site-specific engineering comes first.
Every ZAHREQ project is assessed around location, wind code, terrain, building height, surrounding conditions, membrane geometry, fire requirements, structural interfaces and intended design life. No universal catalogue wind rating is substituted for the project design basis.
COASTAL / CORROSION
Protection matched to exposure.
Bahrain's marine exposure makes corrosion strategy a priority. Duplex galvanised + powder-coated steel and 316 / 316L exposed hardware can be assessed where the project environment warrants it.
LOCAL ENGINEERING
Authority pathway stays local.
Local authority and registered-engineer review remains project-specific and is coordinated around the applicable Bahrain project approval pathway.
