20 FT DEPLOYABLE FIELD TRAINING

TORVYR Field 20

The core deployable field configuration: secure storage inside, training racks and equipment deployed outside.

REFERENCE CONFIGURATION

What the current technical information supports.

Field 20 is positioned as the core deployable system rather than an indoor container gym. The exact external rack layout and equipment schedule are project-controlled.

Training model

Secure equipment storage inside; principal training activity outside

Reference users

10–15 simultaneous users in the current documented configuration

Base format

Standard 20 ft container reference

Training scope

Strength, functional, pull-up, climbing, conditioning and free-weight pathways

System feature 1

Standard 20 ft base

System feature 2

Internal storage

CONFIGURATION DIAGRAM

How the current reference is organised.

Schematic only. It shows the operating logic and training zones rather than a construction drawing or foundation plan.

TRAINING & EQUIPMENT ZONES

Build the equipment schedule around the operating model.

Exact quantities, brands, station layouts and attachments are confirmed in the project equipment schedule before quotation.

ZONE 01

Secure Storage

Internal racks and equipment storage remain within the container body for transport and lock-up.

ZONE 02

Strength Station

External rack pathway for squats, presses, pull-ups and loaded strength work.

ZONE 03

Functional Zone

Open training area for kettlebells, dumbbells, carries, conditioning and bodyweight work.

ZONE 04

Vertical / Hanging

Rope, rings, bag or hanging-training points can be configured within the final project equipment schedule.

PROJECT APPLICATIONS

Where this configuration can fit.

Applications remain subject to the site's operating requirements, local approvals, engineering and final project brief.

01

Sports Academies

Deployable or permanent strength, conditioning and functional-training infrastructure for athlete development.

02

Schools & Universities

Compact field systems, enclosed gyms and larger campus performance-centre pathways.

03

Hotels & Resorts

Indoor guest fitness or larger indoor / outdoor training facilities configured around the site and guest profile.

04

Remote & Workforce Sites

Containerised training infrastructure that can be freighted with the project and supplied around difficult logistics.

05

Commercial Fitness

Project-led gym rooms, functional-training spaces and specialist container-based performance facilities.

06

Development Projects

Recreation and training infrastructure that can sit alongside wider accommodation, education or community programmes.

PROJECT PLANNING

Information to close before quotation.

01

Confirm clear site footprint around the opened training stations.

Project-specific confirmation is required before final supply scope and technical sign-off.

02

Provide destination, wind criteria, ground / foundation conditions and preferred anchoring approach.

Project-specific confirmation is required before final supply scope and technical sign-off.

03

Confirm the final equipment schedule and storage requirement before quotation.

Project-specific confirmation is required before final supply scope and technical sign-off.

04

Plan unloading, cranage / handling and access for the container at the destination.

Project-specific confirmation is required before final supply scope and technical sign-off.

COMMON TECHNICAL BASIS

Technical information currently established for the programme.

These points are not a substitute for the exact order documentation, local engineering or installation design.

PROJECT CONTROL

Corrosion protection

For the current F4 / 20 ft and larger F-series reference platforms reviewed, the manufacturer confirms hot-dip galvanising first, followed by the external paint / coating system and final colour finish.

PROJECT CONTROL

Warranty

Current manufacturer warranty documentation states 5 years for the container structure and training racks, and 1 year for training equipment, subject to the final supplied configuration and warranty terms.

PROJECT CONTROL

Foundations & wind

Foundation, anchoring and wind design are project-specific. Location, local wind criteria, ground / foundation conditions, installation environment and anchoring method are required for technical review.

SUPPLY SCOPE

Made to order for the destination and training brief.

The system is supplied to order rather than stocked as a retail gym. Final equipment, branding, coating / finish, documentation, packing and freight are confirmed for the selected project.

Foundations, anchoring, local structural engineering, approvals, electrical and mechanical connections, cranage, installation and site works are excluded unless expressly included.

TORVYR · BUILT FOR THE WORK.

Build the configuration around the real site and training programme.
