This library separates public planning diagrams from generic CAD, exact-system DWG/DXF, genuine BIM/Revit/IFC objects and project-specific setting-out drawings. It is designed to stop one of the most common specification errors: treating a generic file as if it were the supplied product.
By exact system
Availability depends on the exact selected product/system and manufacturer-controlled files.
Do not assume a PDF brochure or generic DWG means native BIM/Revit exists.
Project-specific
The drawing depends on the actual building/site, structure, foundations, services or selected configuration.
Must be coordinated with the appointed project professionals.
Request / verify
A generic/native file may exist but must be checked before release.
Release only a current controlled file suitable for the stated use.

Exact system
Confirm the quoted product, size/configuration and revision before release.
Intended use
State whether the file is for concept, coordination, setting-out, tender or construction.
Revision control
Record file version and replace superseded copies rather than circulating uncontrolled variants.
Native-file truth
Only call a file BIM/Revit/IFC where a genuine verified native object/model exists.
Project sign-off
Local appointed professionals remain responsible for integration into the building/site and final construction documentation.
REQUEST PATHWAY
Ask for the drawing you actually need—not “all CAD files”.
Provide the sport, exact system or intended family, project stage, requested file type, building/site geometry and what the file will be used for. Apollo can then confirm whether a public reference, exact-system file or project-specific drawing is appropriate.
