Orders and changes
Many Apollo products are configured, ordered or manufactured around a specific project. Return and variation options therefore depend on the product, order status and the terms confirmed for that project.
Made-to-order, cut-to-size, project-coloured, configured, branded, vehicle-specific or otherwise customised goods may not be suitable for ordinary return. Any return eligibility should be confirmed before the order is placed rather than assumed afterwards.
If a standard unused product is being considered for return, contact Apollo before sending anything back. Acceptance, condition requirements, restocking, freight and timing depend on the product and applicable order terms.
Changes to dimensions, colour, quantity, accessories, controls, freight route or delivery timing can affect cost and lead time. Once production, packing or procurement has started, some changes may no longer be practical or may require a revised quotation.
Cancellation treatment depends on how far the order has progressed and whether product, freight, materials or third-party costs have already been committed. Apollo will assess the actual order position rather than apply a generic assumption.
If the issue is an incorrect item, shortage, freight damage or potential product fault, do not treat it as an ordinary change-of-mind return. Report it with the project reference, photographs and delivery information so the correct claim pathway can be assessed.
