CADARN · Warranty + Care

Long-term protection, clearly separated by what is being warranted.

CADARN combines a lifetime manufacturing-warranty pathway with long-duration powder-coat protection: 15 years for qualifying standard-environment installations and 10 years for qualifying coastal installations.

The headline periods below are warranty pathways, not an all-component lifetime guarantee. The written warranty schedule applicable to the ordered configuration and destination controls definitions, eligibility, coverage, conditions and exclusions.

Lifetime

Manufacturing Warranty*

Protection through the CADARN manufacturing-warranty pathway for qualifying manufacturing defects, subject to the applicable written terms.

15 Years

Powder-Coat Warranty*

Finish warranty pathway for qualifying standard-environment installations using the specified coating system and required care programme.

10 Years

Coastal Powder-Coat Warranty*

Dedicated finish warranty pathway for qualifying coastal installations where the coastal specification, exposure requirements and maintenance programme are followed.

What the periods mean

Three different protections. One clearer warranty story.

Keeping manufacturing, standard finish and coastal finish warranties separate prevents the lifetime claim from being misunderstood.

Coastal specification

The coastal warranty starts with the right specification.

A coastal installation should be identified before manufacture. The coating, hardware, site exposure and maintenance pathway should be treated as one coordinated specification rather than an after-sale warranty decision.
01

Identify exposure

Confirm whether the site should use the coastal warranty pathway before the product is frozen.

02

Specify the system

Confirm the applicable powder-coat pathway and whether the project requires the optional 316 stainless-steel fixing upgrade.

03

Install correctly

Local foundations, assembly, flashing, electrical and drainage interfaces need to protect rather than compromise the supplied system.

04

Maintain the finish

Fresh-water cleaning and the required maintenance programme remain important in salt-exposed environments.

Separate component warranties

Lifetime manufacturing coverage does not mean every component is warranted for life.

CADARN contains structural, finish, electrical, control and accessory elements. Their warranty periods may not be identical.

Protect the warranty pathway

Specification, installation and care matter.

Warranty strength is most useful when the project is documented properly from the start. Before manufacture, record the environment, selected finish, fixing pathway and any coastal requirements. After installation, retain the order and project records and follow the cleaning and maintenance requirements applicable to the site.

Confirm the project destination and environmental exposure before orderUse the warranty / coating pathway quoted for the projectConfirm any required coastal fixing upgrade before manufactureFollow the supplied assembly and installation requirementsKeep drainage routes clear and avoid conditions that trap contaminants against the finishUse the required fresh-water cleaning and maintenance programme for coastal exposureRetain order, configuration and maintenance records for future warranty reference

If a warranty issue arises

Start with the ordered configuration and claim information.

A warranty assessment needs to identify the actual CADARN system, site and affected component rather than relying only on a general product name.
01

Identify the order

Provide the Apollo quotation/order reference and the original project destination where available.

02

Show the issue

Provide clear overall and close-up photographs or video showing the affected area and surrounding installation.

03

Confirm environment + care

For finish or coastal issues, provide the site exposure and relevant cleaning / maintenance history.

04

Review the applicable schedule

Apollo can then match the claim to the manufacturing, finish or component warranty terms applicable to the supplied configuration.

CADARN warranty FAQ

Keep the headline strong and the meaning precise.

What warranty does CADARN have?

CADARN has a lifetime manufacturing warranty, a 15-year powder-coat warranty pathway for qualifying standard-environment installations, and a 10-year coastal powder-coat warranty pathway for qualifying coastal installations. The applicable written warranty schedule controls eligibility, definitions, conditions and exclusions.

What does the CADARN lifetime manufacturing warranty cover?

The lifetime claim applies to the CADARN manufacturing-warranty pathway. It should not be read as an all-component lifetime guarantee. The written warranty schedule applicable to the ordered configuration controls the precise covered manufacturing defects, eligibility, duration definition and exclusions.

Does CADARN have a coastal warranty?

Yes. Qualifying coastal CADARN installations have a 10-year coastal powder-coat warranty pathway, subject to the specified coating system, exposure conditions, installation, cleaning and maintenance requirements.

Why is the coastal powder-coat warranty 10 years rather than 15 years?

Coastal environments create a more aggressive corrosion and salt-exposure condition. CADARN therefore uses a separate coastal specification and warranty pathway rather than treating a coastal installation as identical to a standard environment.

Are motors, controls, LEDs and accessories covered for life?

No broad all-component lifetime claim is made. Motors, controls, LEDs, sensors, screens, glass, seals, moving parts and accessories may have separate warranty periods or conditions. Check the written warranty schedule for the exact ordered configuration.

Next step

Specify the product and warranty pathway together.

When requesting a CADARN quote, include the destination and whether the site is coastal or otherwise highly exposed so the appropriate hardware, finish and warranty pathway can be reviewed before manufacture.
