MULTI-CONTAINER PERFORMANCE FACILITY

TORVYR Modular Performance Centre

A two-container facility combining indoor strength / cardio with outdoor functional and climbing zones.

REFERENCE CONFIGURATION

What the current technical information supports.

This page represents the modular performance-centre pathway rather than one fixed retail SKU. The two-container concept is the starting reference, with larger five- and six-container concepts available for project development.

Starting reference

Two × 40 ft modular configuration

Training mix

Indoor strength / cardio plus outdoor functional and climbing zones

Upper level

Second-floor platform / leisure space shown in current reference concepts

Expansion

Five- and six-container reference concepts are also present in the current range

System feature 1

Two 40 ft modules

System feature 2

Indoor strength and cardio

CONFIGURATION DIAGRAM

How the current reference is organised.

Schematic only. It shows the operating logic and training zones rather than a construction drawing or foundation plan.

TRAINING & EQUIPMENT ZONES

Build the equipment schedule around the operating model.

Exact quantities, brands, station layouts and attachments are confirmed in the project equipment schedule before quotation.

ZONE 01

Indoor Strength

Container modules can house strength, free-weight, cardio and equipment-storage functions.

ZONE 02

Outdoor Functional

Central external rig and open training areas support group functional and conditioning work.

ZONE 03

Climbing

Climbing-wall, rope and elevated functional elements appear in the current multi-container concepts.

ZONE 04

Upper Platform

Second-floor platform / leisure space is shown in the current modular performance-centre reference family.

EXPANSION PATHWAY

From two modules to a larger training campus.

The current range includes two-, five- and six-container reference concepts. These are project starting points, not locked retail packages.

2 × 40 FT

Performance 24

Starting multi-container concept with indoor strength / cardio, outdoor functional work, climbing and an upper platform pathway.

5 × 40 FT

Performance 60

Larger modular gym campus combining multiple indoor rooms with outdoor training and elevated support space.

6 × 40 FT

Performance 72

Largest current reference concept, with a broader indoor / outdoor training programme and project-specific circulation.

PROJECT APPLICATIONS

Where this configuration can fit.

Applications remain subject to the site's operating requirements, local approvals, engineering and final project brief.

01

Sports Academies

Deployable or permanent strength, conditioning and functional-training infrastructure for athlete development.

02

Schools & Universities

Compact field systems, enclosed gyms and larger campus performance-centre pathways.

03

Hotels & Resorts

Indoor guest fitness or larger indoor / outdoor training facilities configured around the site and guest profile.

04

Remote & Workforce Sites

Containerised training infrastructure that can be freighted with the project and supplied around difficult logistics.

05

Commercial Fitness

Project-led gym rooms, functional-training spaces and specialist container-based performance facilities.

06

Development Projects

Recreation and training infrastructure that can sit alongside wider accommodation, education or community programmes.

PROJECT PLANNING

Information to close before quotation.

01

Start from the full facility brief rather than a single container specification.

Project-specific confirmation is required before final supply scope and technical sign-off.

02

Map indoor and outdoor training zones, circulation, supervision and peak user capacity.

Project-specific confirmation is required before final supply scope and technical sign-off.

03

Coordinate stairs, guardrails, elevated areas, climbing systems and structural interfaces with project engineering.

Project-specific confirmation is required before final supply scope and technical sign-off.

04

Confirm services, drainage, foundations, access, freight staging and local compliance for the complete facility.

Project-specific confirmation is required before final supply scope and technical sign-off.

COMMON TECHNICAL BASIS

Technical information currently established for the programme.

These points are not a substitute for the exact order documentation, local engineering or installation design.

PROJECT CONTROL

Corrosion protection

For the current F4 / 20 ft and larger F-series reference platforms reviewed, the manufacturer confirms hot-dip galvanising first, followed by the external paint / coating system and final colour finish.

PROJECT CONTROL

Warranty

Current manufacturer warranty documentation states 5 years for the container structure and training racks, and 1 year for training equipment, subject to the final supplied configuration and warranty terms.

PROJECT CONTROL

Foundations & wind

Foundation, anchoring and wind design are project-specific. Location, local wind criteria, ground / foundation conditions, installation environment and anchoring method are required for technical review.

SUPPLY SCOPE

Made to order for the destination and training brief.

The system is supplied to order rather than stocked as a retail gym. Final equipment, branding, coating / finish, documentation, packing and freight are confirmed for the selected project.

Foundations, anchoring, local structural engineering, approvals, electrical and mechanical connections, cranage, installation and site works are excluded unless expressly included.

TORVYR · BUILT FOR THE WORK.
