Project requirements confirmed
Sport, programme, site condition, climate, base, drainage, maintenance and evidence requirements are defined before final product selection.
Start Project Brief
Tender & Procurement Centre
Use this centre to structure sports-turf tenders, compare bids on equivalent information, separate responsibilities and keep technical documentation aligned from bid stage through production, dispatch, installation and handover.
Five project stages
Each stage helps the project team compare like with like, confirm responsibilities and keep the supplied system aligned with the agreed brief.
Sport, programme, site condition, climate, base, drainage, maintenance and evidence requirements are defined before final product selection.
Datasheets, tests, warranties and certificates are checked against the exact offered construction rather than a broad product family.
Supply, freight, civil works, drainage, installation, testing and local responsibilities are made clear before award.
The final system schedule, packing, installation information and maintenance documents are aligned with the confirmed order.
Installed system information, testing where required, warranty, as-built information and maintenance records are provided for project closeout.
Scope matrix
Sports turf is frequently procured across several parties. The tender should identify the owner of each interface instead of assuming the turf supplier carries every project responsibility.
Bidder evidence
A large certificate pack is not useful if the documents cannot be matched to the turf, infill, shock layer and project use being quoted.
Certification & evidence
Where a governing body or tender framework requires both a qualified product/system and a tested completed field, those are separate evidence stages. Do not describe the finished project as certified solely because a supplier holds a product certificate or has historic certified installations.
Order sequence
Approved system construction, colours, quantities, line marking, accessories, current datasheets and accepted commercial scope.
Packing and roll schedule, weights, receiving access, storage, installation plan and destination documents.
Installed system identity, testing records where required, warranty, maintenance pack and relevant as-built information.

Project handover
Send the site, civil, drainage, programme, evidence and procurement information that applies. The exact system can then be reviewed against the current technical pack.
