Sightlines
Stand height, row geometry and seat position must be coordinated with field edge, advertising, team areas and any perimeter display.
Access & egress
Stairs, aisles, handrails, entry/exit and crowd capacity remain local code and venue-design responsibilities.
Weather cover
Roof geometry changes structure, wind, drainage, foundations and sightline relationships, so cover is coordinated with the stand.
Accessibility
Accessible viewing, companion seating and routes must be resolved within the overall venue plan rather than added after seating is frozen.
