Apollo Wellness Systems · Sauna Heating

Electric sauna heating from private rooms to large commercial thermal suites.

Apollo sauna-heating pathways focus on the heater, controls, electrical configuration and room interfaces behind a properly designed sauna. The current qualification programme spans compact residential equipment through large commercial heaters, while exact model suitability, room volume and certification remain model-specific.

Product family architecture

A practical heater architecture from private sauna rooms to commercial facilities.

These are project-selection families rather than fixed public model codes. Exact output, room-volume range, controller, supply voltage, clearances and certification are confirmed against the selected equipment.

01Family pathway

Private residential

Compact Sauna Heating

Lower-output electric heater pathway for compact private sauna rooms, selected around room volume, glazing, insulation, ventilation and the available electrical supply.

  • Controller matched to heater family
  • Room-volume sizing required
  • Exact electrical load confirmed before supply
02Family pathway

Homes · villas · lodges

Premium Residential Heating

Mid-range electric heating for larger private sauna rooms and premium accommodation where control quality, room finishes and repeatable operation matter.

  • Single- or three-phase depending on model
  • Remote control functions only where supported
  • Heater clearances remain model-specific
03Family pathway

Hotels · resorts · gyms

Hospitality + Fitness Heating

Commercial-oriented heater pathway for repeat-use sauna rooms in hospitality, health-club, aquatic and sports settings.

  • Operating duty reviewed with project brief
  • Service access and controls planned early
  • Cleaning and maintenance pathway included
04Technical qualification

High-volume thermal rooms

Large Commercial Heating

Current supplier qualification reaches 36 kW per heater for larger commercial sauna applications. Final room-volume range, controller architecture and destination approval remain subject to the exact model evidence.

  • Up to 36 kW per heater stated by current manufacturing candidate
  • Three-phase electrical pathway expected at larger outputs
  • Do not assume a room-volume rating until the model schedule is verified

Product families establish the selection pathway first. Exact model, electrical ratings, certificates, capacities and performance data are confirmed only after Apollo has matched the current technical evidence to the quoted configuration.

Specification framework

Define the operating system before the exact model.

Apollo treats wellness equipment as part of a real project: electrical load, water, ventilation, drainage, servicing, user volume and destination requirements are resolved before the final supply configuration is quoted.

01Room volumePrimary sizing input

Heater output is matched to the internal room volume, glazing, insulation, room construction, ventilation and expected operating pattern.

02Heater outputProject selected

The current qualification programme extends to 36 kW per heater, but the exact available outputs and room-volume ranges remain model-specific.

03ElectricalSingle / three-phase pathway

Supply voltage, frequency, phase, circuit protection and connected load are confirmed for the exact heater and destination.

04ControlsMatched control family

Temperature, timer and supported remote-control functions are selected from the compatible controller architecture.

05ClearancesModel-specific

Heater-to-bench, wall, guard and ceiling clearances are taken from the final installation documentation rather than assumed from a generic family.

06VentilationRoom-design interface

Air inlet, exhaust position and natural or mechanical ventilation requirements are coordinated with the selected heater and sauna layout.

07ConstructionProject coordinated

Timber lining, insulation, vapour control, benches, guards, doors and glazing are coordinated by the project team around the heater requirements.

08DocumentationTechnical package

Current supplier qualification includes CAD / DWG drawings, wiring diagrams and technical data sheets; exact documents are matched to the quoted model.

Project capability

Built for premium residential through commercial wellness.

Exact equipment varies by project. These describe the capability areas reviewed for the category rather than fixed claims about every model.

Private sauna rooms

Electric heater and controller pathways for bespoke residential sauna rooms rather than only prefabricated cabins.

Hotel + resort wellness

Guest-facing sauna rooms coordinated with thermal suites, pools, steam, cold plunge and relaxation zones.

Gym + sports facilities

Repeat-use sauna heating with operating duty, cleaning, controls and service access included in the project review.

Commercial thermal suites

Higher-output heater pathways for larger rooms and higher use, subject to final electrical and model-specific verification.

Specifier coordination

Room size, electrical configuration, heater position, controller location, clearances and ventilation are brought into one technical handoff.

OEM / project branding

Private-label capability is under supplier qualification for selected equipment, documentation and packaging; final branding scope is confirmed before release.

Electrical + project compliance

Model-specific evidence is matched before supply.

Current manufacturer statements indicate single- and three-phase equipment and regional certification pathways. Apollo will not represent a heater as certified for a destination until the current certificate, covered-model schedule and quoted configuration have been checked.

Wellness · technical evidence

Match the operating evidence to the exact wellness model before supply.

Wellness systems combine electrical, water, heat, ventilation and user-safety interfaces. Apollo uses the family page to define the project pathway, then the quoted model must be matched to the current technical, electrical and maintenance evidence required for the destination.

01

Exact model + construction

Confirm: Model identity, dimensions, materials, insulation/build-up, capacity and the exact options included in the quote.

Boundary: Family-level capabilities should not be treated as specifications for every future or alternate model.

02

Electrical configuration

Confirm: Voltage/frequency, connected load, heater/chiller/pump/control loads, ingress protection where relevant and exact model approval evidence required for the destination.

Boundary: Electrical approval is model- and configuration-specific and does not transfer automatically across variants.

03

Water + drainage

Confirm: Fill, circulation, filtration/treatment, drain/waste, overflow and water-quality requirements for wet systems.

Boundary: Local plumbing, backflow, sanitary and discharge requirements remain destination-specific.

04

Heat + ventilation

Confirm: Heat output/rejection, ventilation, clearances, insulation, humidity/condensation and room/environment assumptions.

Boundary: Indoor sauna, steam, hot-water and chiller installations can impose different building-services requirements.

05

Installation + site interfaces

Confirm: Base/support, access, lifting/handling, service clearances, connection points, enclosure/room interfaces and local trade requirements.

Boundary: Supply-only scope does not automatically include site preparation, installation, commissioning or statutory approvals.

06

User + commercial duty

Confirm: Expected users, daily cycles, target temperatures, recovery/commercial operating pattern and cleaning/turnover requirements.

Boundary: Residential and high-throughput commercial duty may require different equipment selections.

07

Maintenance + consumables

Confirm: Cleaning, water-care/filter schedules, descaling, chiller/heater servicing, ventilation care and replacement consumables/parts.

Boundary: Service intervals and consumables follow the exact supplied equipment and water/environment conditions.

08

Warranty + certificates

Confirm: Current product warranty, component warranty, exclusions, maintenance conditions, manuals and required certification/test records.

Boundary: Certification evidence must identify the quoted model or applicable configuration.
