RIDEspan product package
Selected modular system, current product information, project-specific supply schedule and applicable controlled supplier documents.
Build project briefRIDEspan · Technical Evidence Centre
RIDEspan project information is released in layers. Public planning information can support feasibility, but exact material, installation, anchoring, performance, warranty and freight information must be tied to the selected system and project before final supply.
Qualification matrix
The table deliberately avoids filling evidence gaps with generic claims. Where an item is not yet publicly verified, it remains a controlled project requirement.
| Evidence area | Status | Current position | Release rule |
|---|---|---|---|
| Layout family | Current public reference | 11 catalogue layouts with nominal track-envelope dimensions and module counts are published for early feasibility. | Use the selected layout as the starting envelope; add clear zones, circulation and local site requirements. |
| System format | Current public reference | RIDEspan is presented as a connected modular pump-track system with reconfiguration, relocation and staged-expansion pathways. | Final assembly and connection details must follow the current controlled installation information. |
| Planning handbook | Current public reference | The current RIDEspan premium handbook is available as the public planning reference. | Use it for planning; exact project release still requires the selected configuration and current technical pack. |
| Material declaration | Verification required | Exact material grade / composition has not been promoted as a verified public specification. | Obtain supplier declaration tied to the offered modules before specification where material evidence is required. |
| UV + weathering | Verification required | Outdoor suitability language must not be treated as quantified UV or accelerated-weathering evidence. | Request applicable test data / declaration for the exact product. |
| Grip / slip information | Verification required | A textured riding surface is shown publicly, but quantified friction / slip evidence is not currently published. | Confirm test basis where a project or consultant requires measurable slip / friction performance. |
| Wear + service life | Verification required | No universal public design-life figure should be assumed. | Confirm wear, impact, service-life and replacement guidance for the offered system and use case. |
| Module dimensions + weights | Exact configuration required | Track layouts are published, but exact individual module dimensions, unit weights and packing data should be tied to the selected configuration. | Release a project-specific module / packing schedule before freight and installation planning. |
| Connections + fasteners | Controlled technical pack required | Public imagery explains the modular concept but does not replace exact connection / fastener instructions. | Use current installation details for the exact supplied system. |
| Anchoring + base interface | Site + system specific | Anchoring, foundations and supporting-surface requirements depend on the site and final system. | Coordinate supplier installation requirements with local civil / engineering review. |
| Base tolerances + levels | Verification required | A stable, appropriately prepared base is required, but final tolerances should come from the controlled installation information. | Do not invent flatness, level or settlement tolerances. |
| Loads / structural evidence | Project dependent | Any required load, structural or engineering evidence must match the exact project and product. | Confirm what the local consultant / approving party requires before release. |
| Fire behaviour | Project dependent | Fire evidence may be relevant in specific jurisdictions or project settings but is not a universal published RIDEspan claim. | Request exact applicable evidence only where the project requires it. |
| Installation manual | Controlled issue required | Installation guidance should be provided from the current controlled issue for the selected system. | Do not rely on marketing diagrams as installation instructions. |
| Warranty + spares | Final commercial release | Warranty, replaceable components and spare-parts pathway should be confirmed in the final project offer. | Record warranty scope, exclusions, support route and replacement-part availability. |
| Packing + freight | Project specific | Freight depends on the selected layout, packing plan and destination. | Confirm package count, dimensions, weights, loading and delivery interface before order. |
