Before you reserve
Confirmation happens before commitment.
A website reservation request is not an automatic order, payment or guarantee of supply. Apollo reviews the selected product, quantity, destination, configuration and current supply position first.
Final pricing, freight, applicable taxes or duties, lead time, specification and any deposit or payment terms are confirmed directly before an order is accepted.
If a campaign does not proceed, Apollo will advise reservation holders. Where a campaign later uses a paid deposit, the applicable deposit terms will be shown and agreed before payment is taken.
