CADARN · Residential Developers

Repeatable outdoor rooms for residential programmes.

CADARN gives developers a controlled aluminium louvre-pergola kitset pathway for villas, townhouses, retirement living, gated communities and selected multi-unit projects without turning every dwelling into a bespoke fabrication exercise.

Where CADARN fits

A residential product schedule rather than a bespoke pergola on every lot.

CADARN works best where the project team wants a repeatable, controlled outdoor-living option and the required geometry stays inside the CADARN 6 × 4 m / 24 m² maximum envelope.

Villa & townhouse terraces

Standardise selected freestanding or wall-mounted configurations for private outdoor areas.

Retirement & gated communities

Use a small approved family of sizes and finishes to keep procurement and replacement records consistent.

Upgrade options

Plan screens, glass, louvre walls, LED lighting and motorisation as controlled options rather than site-by-site improvisation.

Staged supply

Coordinate batch manufacture and staged delivery around development sequencing and local storage capability.

Product documentation

Use the CADARN Project Pack and technical information as the product reference. Project-specific CAD / BIM is not part of the CADARN kitset.

Local construction interface

Builder or developer retains foundations, site fixing, wall interfaces, electrical, drainage, engineering and approvals.

Developer schedule

Freeze five things before the first batch.

A simple schedule makes repeat ordering far cleaner.
01

Footprints

Choose the limited CADARN sizes to be offered across the development.

02

Finish

Set frame and louvre colours, including any approved mixed-colour rule.

03

Operation

Define which homes receive manual or motorised systems.

04

Options

Set the allowed screen, glass, wall, lighting and branding options.

05

Local works

Document who owns foundations, flashing, drainage, electrical, approvals and installation.

Drawing requirement

Do not specify CADARN where bespoke manufacturer drawings are a tender requirement.

CADARN is intentionally a modular kitset. It can be planned from published dimensions and controlled product information, but project-specific CAD, BIM and shop-drawing deliverables are not included.

FAQ

Residential developer questions.

Is CADARN suitable for a multi-unit residential development?

Yes, where the required outdoor spaces fit the CADARN modular envelope and a repeatable kitset approach suits the project. Villas, townhouses, retirement living, gated communities and selected apartment ground-floor terraces can be reviewed.

Can one CADARN model be repeated across multiple homes?

Yes. The strongest developer model is to freeze a limited family of approved footprints, colours, operation types and accessories, then repeat those configurations while site-specific support, drainage and installation conditions are checked.

Does CADARN include project-specific CAD or shop drawings?

No. CADARN is a kitset product. Project-specific CAD, BIM, shop drawings, consent drawings, foundations, local engineering and building-interface details remain with the appointed project team. If formal manufacturer drawing deliverables are mandatory, the requirement should be moved to a more architectural project pathway for review.

Who installs CADARN on a development?

Apollo is supply-only. Foundations, assembly, electrical connection, drainage, flashing, local engineering, approvals and site labour remain with the developer, builder or appointed local contractor unless expressly included in a separate verified scope.
