Apollo NZ GlobalDiscuss villa programme

CADARN · Fiji + GCC Villa Packages

Four repeatable footprints for villa-development programmes.

A developer does not need dozens of pergola variations. Start with a controlled family of CADARN kitsets, then set the colours, operation and accessories that belong to each villa or project type.

Package family

A simple starting schedule for repeat villa projects.

These are procurement templates, not new bespoke product models. Each one remains a CADARN kitset and is manually quoted for the actual destination and selected options.
01Villa Compact

3 × 3 m · Single bay
Compact private terrace, courtyard or poolside zone.

02Villa Terrace

4 × 3 m · Single bay
Larger villa dining or lounge terrace with a clean repeat footprint.

03Villa Poolside

4 × 4 m · Double bay
Square outdoor room for poolside, lounge or hospitality use.

04Villa Grand

6 × 4 m · Double bay
Maximum CADARN footprint for larger villa terraces while staying inside the kitset system.

Standard options

Freeze the choices that should repeat.

Frame + louvre colours

Black, White and Grey standard pathways, with mixed frame / louvre combinations possible. Approved custom finishes such as Flaxpod Matt are extra-cost project options.

Manual or motorised

Assign operation type by villa class, project stage or buyer upgrade package.

Side enclosure

Create approved options for retractable screens, glass or louvre-wall configurations where compatible.

Warranty schedule

Keep the manufacturing, powder-coat, coastal, motor and LED warranty pathways consistent across the programme.

Developer branding

Approved project or developer logos can be laser-marked into selected posts where required.

Spare + replacement records

Keep configuration records so later accessories, parts and replacements can be traced to the supplied kitset.

Fiji programme

Plan for tropical rain, coastal exposure and island logistics.

Fiji is a strong CADARN development market when the local contractor and environmental criteria are resolved early.
01

Rain

Confirm guttering, outlets and site drainage discharge before batch manufacture.

02

Coastal

Review coating pathway, fixing grade, freshwater cleaning and maintenance by actual salt exposure.

03

Wind / cyclone

Obtain the site-specific criteria from the local project team. CADARN carries no blanket Fiji cyclone claim.

04

Freight

Plan receiving port, onward island transport, unloading, storage and staged release.

05

Local works

Fiji project team handles foundations, installation, electrical, drainage, local engineering and approvals.

Middle East + GCC programme

Plan for heat, UV, dust and development-scale repetition.

CADARN can sit below ARKEN as the repeat residential kitset option for suitable villa and hospitality programmes.
01

Heat + UV

Review orientation, surface exposure, control equipment placement and maintenance access.

02

Dust

Set realistic cleaning and operating expectations for moving roof and drainage components.

03

Coastal GCC

For marine or salt-exposed projects, apply a separate coastal review rather than assuming an inland specification.

04

Utilities

Coordinate power, controls, lighting and drainage before the villa schedule is released.

05

Local contractor

Local team retains foundation, installation, engineering, approval and building-interface responsibilities.

Important documentation rule

The package standardises the kitset — it does not create project CAD.

Developers should nominate the CADARN configuration in their own architectural and construction documents. Apollo supplies the product information needed to understand the kitset, but project-specific CAD, BIM, consent drawings, shop drawings and engineering are not a CADARN deliverable.
Need manufacturer drawing deliverables?

Do not force CADARN into that procurement route. Review ARKEN or another project-manufactured system where the required drawing and submittal scope can be confirmed before tender.

FAQ

Villa programme questions.

Are these fixed catalogue packages?

They are programme templates built around CADARN standard-scale configurations. Final quotation still confirms operation, colours, accessories, destination, exposure, freight and site responsibilities.

Can a developer use a different mix of sizes?

Yes. The purpose is to reduce unnecessary variation, not force every project into four models. A developer can freeze the smaller family that best matches the development.

Do the villa packages include project CAD drawings?

No. CADARN is supplied as a modular kitset and does not include project-specific CAD, BIM or shop drawings. The local architect, engineer or contractor integrates the selected product into the development documentation. If formal manufacturer drawing deliverables are mandatory, a different architectural system pathway should be reviewed.

Are the Fiji packages cyclone rated or the GCC packages automatically heat rated?

No blanket environmental rating is implied. Fiji projects require actual wind or cyclone criteria, exposure and mounting review; GCC projects require heat, UV, dust and site exposure review. Suitability is confirmed against the actual project conditions and available technical evidence.

Next step

Choose the two or three configurations the development actually needs.

Send the country, project type, villa count, terrace sizes, development stages, preferred finishes, operation type and intended enclosure options. Apollo can turn that into a controlled CADARN quotation schedule.
