Checked items below reflect the current browser-saved project audit. Blank items can be completed during meetings, site visits or internal review.
This worksheet is for project planning. It is not a design certification, construction drawing, approval document or substitute for local professional input.
PROJECT AUDIT
Members & programme
□Record current membership, active participants and peak-use periods.
□List existing sports, coaching, leagues, events and social activity.
□Identify unmet demand or activities the club wants to add.
□Record accessibility, spectator and community-use needs.
PROJECT AUDIT
Existing assets
□Audit courts, slabs, greens, buildings, fencing and spectator areas.
□Record surface condition, drainage, cracking, settlement and known defects.
□Check lighting, power, water, data and other available services.
□Record storage, hospitality, toilets, change areas and circulation constraints.
PROJECT AUDIT
Operations & lifecycle
□Identify what currently limits participation or operating hours.
□Record maintenance capability, cleaning routines and repair priorities.
□Check neighbour, noise, glare, security and access constraints.
□Identify equipment or technology that must remain compatible with future stages.
PROJECT AUDIT
Growth & staging
□Separate essential repairs from capacity or revenue-generating upgrades.
□Protect logical future court, training, seating or covered-area expansion.
□Record which services or civil works should be sized for later stages.
□Identify local engineering, approval, installation and contractor responsibilities.
PLANNING SEQUENCE
Work in this order.
Audit the existing club
Document members, programmes, peak use and the physical assets the club already owns.
Find the actual constraint
Identify whether the bottleneck is surface condition, capacity, weather, lighting, circulation, storage or something else.
Set the upgrade hierarchy
Rank safety and maintenance work first, then participation growth, operating-hour improvements and optional additions.
Coordinate compatible stages
Plan surfaces, lighting, covers, seating, technology, access and services so each stage supports the next.
Build the club brief
Separate immediate works, later stages, Apollo supply scope and local project responsibilities in one review package.
DECISION WORKSHEET
Questions the project team should answer.
What currently limits the club most: condition, capacity, operating hours, weather, member experience or maintenance?
Which existing assets can be retained, repaired or repurposed?
What are the measured dimensions and known conditions of the areas being upgraded?
What new activity or capacity does the club genuinely expect to support?
Which upgrades must happen together because of foundations, power, drainage, access or layout?
What can be staged without creating expensive rework later?
Who owns maintenance, local works, installation, engineering and approvals after supply?
What information is still missing before the club can compare realistic project pathways?
