How Can a Public-Space Product Package Be Staged?
Phased funding does not have to create a fragmented public space. A master package can define future interfaces even when only the first stage is purchased now.
Planning guidance — final supplied configuration remains project-specific.
Protect future interfaces
Reserve foundation zones, power routes, drainage, access and compatible finishes so later stages can be added without undoing earlier work.
