Clinics add privacy and service needs
Health-related spaces may require waiting, consultation, sanitation, water, waste and privacy arrangements beyond a simple open room. Those requirements should be defined before the internal layout is finalised.
Accessibility belongs in the site plan
Ramps, thresholds, door clearances and accessible circulation can affect the relationship between the module and surrounding paths or decks. They should not be treated as last-minute additions.
Local approvals remain use-specific
The modular product is only one part of the compliance pathway. Education and health projects may have additional statutory or operational requirements that the local project team must confirm.
