A standard wet-area / service core should be preserved wherever practical.
If a manufacturer has a cleaner long-format standard home near this area, use that instead of forcing five 6 m planning modules.
Apollo is supply-only. Final structure, foundations, anchoring, fire, accessibility, services, installation, local engineering and statutory approvals remain project- and destination-specific.
